We where with a family of 4, two kids (7) (10) who completely fell in love with the pool and we almost didn't do anything else than swim. Enjoyed the surroundings and the local feel of it all. The house is part of a bigger landscape, overlooking the olive trees with a view all the way to the Adriatic See. Rooms where clean, bedrooms provided with Airconditioning, with a 5th heatwave in Italy that was welcoming. Daniella and Wolfgang where always nearby or easily reached when there where questions. Or for them to bring some nice fresh figs from their garden to us. All in all we enjoyed our two weeks. Enjoyed the accomodation, Enjoyed Francaville, Chieti and Pescara.

Great house at good location

Had a pleasent stay in Villa Eugene, House had a spacious layout nice terrace and beautiful views. Wolfgang and Daniella were friendly and helpful. Beaches of nice little resort Francavilla are 15 minutes away, a supermarket in the village has most of what you need. We had some bad luck with the pool, cleaneness of water diminished over the week and could not be really handled when we were there. Airco is in one room on topfloor and is supposed to cool down al rooms on topfloor. This is not really working during hot August and July months and there are no ventilators to help out. All in all comfortable house which we recommend and definitely would stay again.

vacanza perfetta

Verblijf in Pescara

Very great holiday at Villa Eugenia last August. Beautiful location, villas, pool and gardens. The owners are really kind and welcoming. We also got delicious fruits and vegs gently offered by owners. We strongly recommend this villas if you want to be close to the beach and in a very relaxing environment.
