HAVEN OF PEACE AND GREENERY NEAR THE SEA

Very nice house in lush greenery, in a quiet area, surrounded by vineyards. The house is very well located 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Canet, bars, restaurants, 3 minutes from shops.
A garden well equipped with games: swimming pool, ping-pong, petanque, trampoline.

Very big room of life and big terrace on stilts vis-a-vis the trees, swimming pool with shutter, 4 rooms, park 1/2 ha.
House has just been renovated and restored to "new", as in the photos

The house is very bright with a living room living room, dining room, kitchen, very spacious TV lounge of over 100m2. It is extended by a large wooden terrace, on stilts overlooking the trees of the garden. The place is very quiet, with lots of trees and we see or hear the wild animals: birds, squirrels, rabbits, hedgehogs, frogs ....
There are 4 Bedrooms: 1 master suite bed 160x200 with bathroom and dressing room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190, closet and bathroom, 1 bedroom double bed 160x200 with closet and 1 bedroom office with 1 single bed 90x200. There is also 1 double bed in the living room TV which has a shower room and adjoining toilet.
Decoration being finalized.
