In Villeneuve De La Raho, quiet village known for its Lake, 15 minutes from the beaches (Saint Cyprien, Canet, Argelès sur Mer), 20 minutes from Collioure, 30 minutes from the outlet stores of La Jonquera (Spain),
Recent and contemporary villa, in a quiet area,
10 minutes walk from Raho Lake (nautical base, restaurants, swimming),
close to shops (supermarket, bakery, fish shop, restaurants)
Garden, private pool (5x3), a private parking space (other places available in front of the house)
TV, internet, air conditioning.
The villa can accommodate 6 people, family.
At the ground floor, large living room with open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine), master bedroom with walk-in shower, laundry (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner)
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with large bath, large terrace
In the garden: dining area, plancha, garden furniture, sunbeds for sunbathing around the pool.
Rental per week (June to September) or 5 nights minimum.
Our friends animals are not allowed.
