Beautiful location and access to water. Quite neighborhood and cute house with lovely porch. Had a few things that wished were stocked in the house a little better like updated kitchen supplies and handwashing soap.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
The lake/river view was wonderful...perfect for morning coffee.I felt the cleanliness of the upstairs bathroom, especially the shower stall, needed improvement. The dusty, bug sprinkled inside window sills needed attention. It was a good stay for the price.

Hi Kathy! I’m so sorry everything wasn’t up to our normal standards. I wish I had known, I would have called to have it taken care of immediately. Thank you for letting me know so that this can be addressed.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The host is organized and the communication was top-notch. The home was well-stocked with blankets, though we were missing sheets for the pull-out sofa bed.
This is our second time saying and we love it! Our grandboys spent the night 1 night and we loved the early morning feeding the fish and turtles. It is amazing how peaceful it is basically in the middle of town.
Peaceful and relaxing. We could sit by Cane River all day! Bird watching and just enjoying nature and its sounds. You would never know a neighborhood is behind you.Excellent quiet location
Absolutely perfect for a couples getaway. Loved being over the water! Sunrises and sunsets were absolutely beautiful. Caught some fish, got some rest, and the property had everything we needed…even two coffee pots!
The pictures do not do the setting justice, the house is well equipped and the wildlife is incredible. Very quiet and peaceful location. Be on the lookout for ‘gaiters…..
Our son was graduating from university and our older kids came out for it. Three of us stayed at this property but we all had meals and fished there! It was even better than we had anticipated!
