Spend the day exploring the Russian River, Armstrong Redwoods and Sonoma Wine Country, then come home for a BBQ, sunset by the water and a hot-tub soak beneath the trees.

KITCHEN & DINING
The remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, drip coffee pot, and breakfast-bar seating, making everything from morning coffee to group dinners easy. Step outside for a BBQ and outdoor dining overlooking the river, with the expansive backyard just beyond.


BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS — All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the entry level.
Primary Suite — Queen Bed — Comfortable Queen suite with reading nook, TV and private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 — Queen Bed — Includes a reading nook, desk and TV — great for guests who need a little workspace.
Bedroom 3 — Queen Bed — Welcoming Queen bedroom with TV.
Additional Sleeping — Sofa Sleeper — Provides flexible sleeping space for additional guests.
Bathrooms — Two full bathrooms serve the home, including a private ensuite in the primary bedroom.


OUTDOOR LIVING
The huge riverfront backyard is the heart of Reflections. Start the morning with coffee overlooking the water, relax on the elevated river-view deck, play horseshoes or settle into the private hot tub after a day exploring. Fire up the gas BBQ for dinner outside, then gather around the gas fire table beneath the redwoods as evening settles over the Russian River. The private dock is seasonal, with availability dependent on annual river conditions and dam schedules.

SEASONAL DOCK & RIVER ACCESS
Reflections is a true riverfront property.
A private dock is installed seasonally and provides direct Russian River access when water conditions allow. The dock is typically removed around early September when seasonal dams are taken out by the State, but there is no firm removal date.
Dock availability, river access, swimming, kayaking, floating, and other water activities depend on seasonal water levels and river conditions.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is not fenced.
Dogs must be quietly crated if left unattended.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
