Detached Villa / Holiday home in Dolceacqua, slightly up the mountain, away from the tourist crowds, among vineyards and olive groves, with beautiful views and private swimming pool.

The space:
Enjoy peace and privacy among Italian vineyards and olive trees.
In the morning a delicious breakfast overlooking the valley and the Mediterranean Sea, sometimes even the mountains of Corsica can be seen!
About 20 minutes from the beach.

The neighbourhood:
Dolceacqua is a few kilometers inland from the coast, it is a charming village with winding medieval streets that lead to the castle. In the valley lies the beautiful bridge painted by Monet. The house is located about 10 minutes by car from the village.

The area is ideal if you like sun and beach (Ventimiglia, Bordighera, Vallecrosia, Sanremo), but also if you want to experience the real Italian culture in the villages a little more in the interior. Dolceacqua, Pigna, Roccheta and Airole are typical villages where the Italian still lives as he used to (website hidden) across the border in France (about 30 minutes drive) are more the glitter and glamorous cities such as Menton, Monaco and Nice. They are also worth a visit.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Wir haben Weihnachten und Silvester dort verbracht. Bruno und Jane sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir konnten Bruno jederzeit erreichen, wenn wir Probleme hatten. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind wirklich traumhaft schön. Das einzige was uns leicht gestört hat, waren die Zimmer. Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Dieses war hervorragend. Die anderen Zimmer mit Hochbetten und dem Fernseher waren ziemlich vernachlässigt. Insgesamt war das Haus auch nicht zu 100% sauber. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist auch super. Man ist in 20 Minuten in Frankreich und die Städte sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Man muss zu diesem Haus eine lange Strecke den Berg hochfahren. Was nach einiger Zeit wirklich anstrengend wurde. Aber wer einen fabelhaften Ausblick genießen möchte, der muss auch auf einen Berg fahren. Danke an Jane und Bruno und ein frohes neues Jahr!

Ein schönes Haus in wundervoller Lage mit Meerblick

Der Eigentümer und die Verwalterin waren sehr bemüht und haben sich immer wieder gemeldet, ob alles in Ordnung. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt waren die Schlafzimmer , ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett war vorhanden, ansonsten gab es nur einen Raum mit 4 Stockbetten und statt einer Tür ein Vorhang. Das kann gut funktionieren mit einem Paar und zwei Kindern , ansonsten waren die Räumlichkeiten nicht groß genug. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts und das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt. Wir haben uns prima erholt.

Haus hoch am Berg mit Meerblick

Sehr schönes Grundstück mit wundervoller Terrasse mit Meerblick und Pool. Etwas beschwerliche und 20 minütige Fahrt vom nächstgelegenen Ort Dolceacqua. Sauberkeit im Haus ist okay. Küchenausstattung teilweise stark abgenutzt. Moskitoplage am Abend. Leider auch im Haus trotz geschlossener Türen. Sehr ruhig zum Entspannen.

Wunderschöne Urlaubswoche

Wunderschönes, sauberes und ruhiges Urlaubshaus mit einer schönen Atmosphäre und toller Umgebung. Einzig zu beanstanden sind die etwas alten Kochtöpfe und die nicht gereinigten Aussengrills. Dies trübte unsere Erholung aber nur unwesentlich, wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war vorbildlich und freundlich.

Mooi uitzicht.

Rustige omgeving en uitzicht werd erg gewaardeerd. Fraaie woning. Wel een tour om elke keer naar beneden te rijden. Winkels zijn niet op loop of fiets afstand. Wellicht beter om de ver gelegen locatie van de woning in de advertentie te vermelden. Maar voor ons was dat het i.i.g. waard.

Haus für tollen Familienurlaub

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits in einer vielfältigen, hügeligen Landschaft. Das sehr schöne und gepflegte Haus bot unserer Mehrgenerationen-Familie den nötigen Wohnraum. Der Platz vor dem Haus war zum Spielen und Baden sehr einladend. Die Natur der Umgebung lud zum Entdecken ein. Die sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Hausbesitzer halfen uns unkompliziert. Es war eine Freude und wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Urlaubsaufenthalt. Es war alles wie in Ausschreibung beschrieben. Gepflegt, sauber, ruhig, alles da was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Schöner Pool, moderne Bäder, stilvolle Einrichtung. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken und zu erleben. Lediglich die öffentlichen (kostenlosen) Bademöglichkeiten sind nicht häufig und meist sehr gut besucht. Dank einer Beschreibung vom Vermieter kann man einen davon jedoch finden. Die beiden Betreuer der Wohnung vor Ort waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und haben uns alles erklärt und uns viele Tips für die Freizeit gegeben. Wir möchten uns hiermit auch beim Vermieter und den Betreuern für die schöne Urlaubsmöglichkeit bedanken.

Wunderschönes Haus, herrlich gelegen

Das Haus ist herrlich gelegen, sehr ruhig, mit wunderbarem Blick über die Berge bis zum Meer. Die Bilder im Netz stimmen mit dem Haus überein. Einzig das Mehrbettzimmer hätte ich mir größer vorgestellt. Ich würde das Haus mit max. 6 Personen belegen. Der Pool bietet eine sehr schöne Erfrischung. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und alles klappte reibungslos, die Sauberkeit des Hauses ließe sich noch verbessern. Die Umgebung ist einfach grandios. Unbedingt den Alpinweg beim Melosapass oberhalb von Pigna gehen. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Dolce Vita

Découverte de la région depuis cette très agréable location située à 15 minutes du centre de Dolceaqua. On y accède par une route sinueuse mais suffisamment large depuis le centre de Dolceaqua. 2 autres routes mènent à Camporosso et Ventimiglia, vue magnifique mais ces routes de montagne sont étroites et ne permettent pas de croiser une voiture venant en sens inverse. Maison bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine. Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse qui est au soleil depuis le matin jusque 17 heures environ. Petit bonus: il y a toujours un petit courant d’air sous les parasols ou la piscine pour se rafraîchir. Environnement calme. Promenade le soir sur la via alta d’où l’on peut observer le coucher de soleil. Très chouettes baignades dans les laghetti de Rocchetta Nervina. Les seuls points moins positifs: les moustiques qui sont agressifs et la grande chambre qui est très chaude (car fort exposée au soleil toute la journée) et ce malgré le ventilateur. On y reviendra volontiers. Merci à Jane et Carlo pour leur accueil.

Ein tolles Haus mit herrlichem Garten und wunderschönem Blick von der Terrasse bis zu Meer. Zu erwähnen ist, dass Kinderzimner und Wohn/Schlafzimmer nur mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt sind. Schöne Badezimmer, Küche gut ausgestattet.

Fernab vom Trouble und trotzdem Meersicht

Das Haus mit Pool und Garten liegt ca. 15 Autominuten von Dolceaqua entfernt rund 500m über Meer in den Bergen. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Von der Terrasse aus hat man aber trotzdem noch Sicht auf das Meer. Das Haus entspricht den Fotos aus dem Inserat. Die Begrüßung durch das Verwalterpaar war sehr freundlich, obwohl wir später ankamen und mehrfach anrufen mussten, weil unser Navi das Haus nicht fand. Ja, wirklich so weit hochfahren! Der Pool ist gemäss den Fotos nicht versenkt und steht ca. 20cm vor der Stützmauer. Kinder sollte man insbesondere beim Reinspringen von der Mauer im Auge behalten. Die Esel und Hühner auf dem Nachbargrundstück haben wir zwar gelegentlich gehört, aber sie waren nicht störend. Etwas störend waren allerdings die Ameisen auf der Terrasse und vor dem Eingang. Bedauerlicherweise war die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine kurz vor unserem Urlaub kaputt und es reichte nicht, sie zu ersetzen. Das Haus ist nicht mehr so neu, und so gibt es die ein oder andere Sache, an der der Zahn der Zeit nagt und sie defekt war. Nichts desto trotz haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub an einem sehr schönen Flecken verbracht.

Heerlijk huis in de bergen

Prachtig huis met wijds uitzicht vanuit de tuin en vanaf het terras over de bergen en in de verte de zee bij Ventimiglia. Alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. Zeer smaakvol ingericht. Ruime slaapkamer voor twee personen, slaapkamer met 4 stapelbedden en eventueel een schuifbed en nog een woonkamer met bankbed. Prachtige badkamer met toilet en ook nog aparte badkamer met toilet naast de slaapkamer voor 2. Voor 9 mensen is de slaapruimte in de 2 andere kamers wel krap, overigens. Fijn zwembad naast het huis, goed onderhouden, evenals de tuin. Krekelgeluiden alom. Het huis ligt bovenop een berg, je kan een mooie wandeling over de bergkam maken. De aanvoerweg is een lange rit met vele bochten in vaak smalle bergwegen. 's Avonds even een ijsje halen in het dorp of 's ochtends vers brood is er niet echt bij. Daar tegenover staan de privacy en absolute rust en de prachtige sterrenhemel 's avonds. Prettige ontvangst door contactpersoon Diana ook. Kortom: zeer aan te bevelen, dit huis!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Das ganze Areal ist sehr schön angelegt. Das Grundstück ist sehr gross und eingezäunt, das war für unseren Hund ideal. Der Pool hatte eine ideale Temperatur, die Terrasse ist ideal fürs Frühstück. Alles macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, die Ausstattung war klasse. Es war eigentlich alles da, Gewürze, Wasser, Grundnahrungsmittel, Klopapier, Küchenrolle, Folien etc. Wenn uns was gefehlt hat sind das Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, dann könnte man auch Abends mal Licht machen und die Fenster trotzdem zum Lüften öffnen. Wir persönlich würden auch eine Klimaanlage bevorzugen, aber im Juni waren die Abende noch angenehm frisch. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, sie lädt auch zum Wandern ein. Man ist nicht weit vom Strand (20min) entfernt, auch ins Gebirge mit den wunderschönen Badetaschen (Gumpen) sind ca. 20min entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich auf ca. 450m Höhe. Sehr angenehme Nachbarn, Esel, Hühner, Ziegen und Frösche :-) Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, wir werden wiederkommen.
