This spacious 1390 sq foot home was beautifully renovated and decorated recently. You can enjoy the sunrise every morning over the four peak mountain tops with an unobstructed view from the dining room table. Located in a quiet area within walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping and the world famous fountain and park!

3 spacious bedrooms including a California KING bed in master , a queen bed in another room and 2 twin beds in the last room. The master has its own bathroom with double vanity vessel sink and walk in closet.

Relaxing and stress free.

Very nice recent remodel. Everything works well and in new condition. Beds are firm and provide a quiet nights sleep. We had no problems - especially with the friendly neighbors. Owner is easy to work with.

Fountain Hills Home

We enjoyed our stay at this Fountain Hills home. The 3 bedroom was adequately equipped (including nice grill). The check in/out was easy and quick. The owners were very receptive and easy to contact. We had to adjust our stay due to a conference and the owners were more than happy to work with us. Unfortunately, we waited too long to reserve for next year and we are bummed the place is not available in March. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Had a very enjoyable stay overall! It is a beautiful home with everything you need. Including a very nice patio off the side. Owners were very friendly and easy to deal with! Fountain Hills is a wonderful city to walk around in. Plenty of shops and Services. Only a short drive to Scottsdale area as well. There is also plenty to do in see for the adventurous types! McDowell Mountain offers a wide array of hiking, biking, and sightseeing. You won't regret your stay :)

Great stay and a great community.

Our two and a half month stay was very enjoyable. The home was tastefully decorated. All the beds were comfortable. Appliances worked well and the kitchen was fully equipped as were the bathrooms and linens. Kitchen and dining rooms each offer gorgeous views of the mountains as does the patio. Fountain Hills famous fountain is spectacularly highlighted against the mountains while enjoying meals at the dining table and grilling and eating on the patio. Neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors friendly. The owners were very easy to work with and satisfied all our questions. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Great location with easy access to downtown, groceries, restaurants, park, etc. Quiet street with very little traffic. Everything on one level with no stairs :-)
