This condo features an open concept living and kitchen area, two bedrooms, 1 King and 1 Queen and 2 full baths. It is the perfect design for up to two couples. The condo is newly appointed with comfortable furnishings. The living room is furnished with a comfortable power reclining leather sofa, two comfortable side chairs and a 58" Smart TV.

Whether you enjoy hiking, golfing, MLB Cactus League Spring Training, kayaking, floating down the Salt River or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunshine this is a perfect location.

Located just 1.2 miles from the famous Fountain of Fountain Hills. This condo offers a beautiful heated community pool area with hot tub. It also has a shared outdoor grill and dining area. There is also an exercise room in the clubhouse. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance.

The following amenities are available for use during your stay; bed linens, blankets, bath towels, pool towels, cookware, knives, utensils, storage containers, blender, hand-mixer, toaster, and coffee maker. Additional items include: Pods for the dishwasher, dish soap, toilet paper, toweling, Kleenex, napkins and body wash. Washer and dryer are available in the unit and the laundry room is stocked with laundry detergent, dryer sheets and laundry bags for your delicate clothing. Just pack your suitcase, everything else is available for your stay.

The condo has a nice balcony with 2 chairs and end-table featuring peak-a-boo views of the McDowell and Four Peak Mountain Ranges.
