Duquesa Studios is a first floor front line apartment in the port/harbour area and offers original but tastefully furnished accommodation for up to two. Situated on the front line of the harbour - enjoying wonderful views of the yachts, palm trees and cafes of the marina below. Just relaxing and sunbathing on the balcony, you feel part of the sophisticated lifestyle of Duquesa Studios itself. A very popular local destination for eating out and just a step away for an international dining experience. For dining at home, the studio has full kitchen facilities, and convenient supermarkets nearby provide all your food and wine requirements.

Duquesa Studios facilities include Initial preparation and cleaning supervised by a local manager at the beginning of the let; with additional maid and change over services available at extra cost. The apartment sleeps two, and most of what you might need is supplied, including internet / TV (Some U.K. free channels, but subscriptions are not included), air-con, washing machine, two standard single divan beds with duvets and linen.

The Community swimming pool is currently not available, but local beaches are a step away. The beaches have a Blue Flag award, from the European Foundation for Environmental Education. Noted for their dark sand and calm waters, as well as being 1.7 km long with an average width of 50 metres. There are many activities for children during the season, such as children’s play areas or a water park in the sea.
