Natura e relax

Casa bellissima, immersa nella natura e nel silenzio...comodissima per tantissime escursioni nella bella Liguria. Proprietario simpaticissimo. Assolutamente ci torneremo.

Abbiamo alloggiato in 3 famiglie. Gli appartamenti molto puliti sono arredati di nuovo, c'è tutto il necessario e forse di più!. Attrezzato di barbecue e giardino relax. Alessandro, il proprietario, è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Weekend perfetto!!

Per un weekend di relax in compagnia non potevamo che soggiornare in una casa accogliente, calda e pulita, fornita di tutto. Luogo perfetto in mezzo al verde e alla tranquillità per rilassarsi e divertirsi senza problemi di orari. Poco distante dal mare in macchina e con la possibilità di usufruire del barbecue per fare un'ottima grigliata! I volontari Anpas di diverse regioni ringraziano lo staff per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità.

Lieu paisible et sans stress

Notre famille composée de 2 adultes et 2 enfants a passé une semaine reposante dans la casa Bruno, dans la sérénité du village. L'intérieur est charmant, Alessandro est très disponible pour nous renseigner et nous aider dans les réservations de nos visites, les plages les plus proches se situent à environ 20 minutes en voiture... De très bonnes épiceries dans le village voisin accessible à pied proposent des produits locaux: Benissimo! Grazie Alessandro e Carmen!

...vacanza fantastica...

...ho passato alcuni giorni nel periodo di capodanno in questa struttura assieme ad amici ed alle loro famiglie... abbiamo soggiornato nella Casa Bruno e nella Casa Stefano... e posso dire di essere soddisfatto di tutto quanto... sia della struttura, molto bella, ben riscaldata e con tutto il necessario che della disponibilità del proprietario, Alessandro, che è venuto incontro ad ogni nostra richiesta... anche se sembrerebbe molto distante, Casa Vacanza La Rosa si trova solamente a 15 min di auto da Chiavari e Lavagna...

VACANZA PERFETTA!!!

Appartamento meraviglioso ristrutturato in maniera egregia dai proprietari, Alessandro e Carmen, che sono due persone davvero gentili ed estremamente disponibili!! Noi ed i nostri 4 figli ci siamo trovati davvero a nostro agio... come fossimo a casa! Tranquillità assoluta e nello stesso tempo posto strategico per raggiungere i vari paesi del litorale... Che dire... peccato non sia durata di più...!!!!!

Modenità, buon gusto e quiete!

Gli appartamenti sono davvero stupendi, arredati egregiamente e forniti di tutto il necessario. Davvero delle strutture fantastiche pulite e in ottimo stato. Situati nella quiete e tranquillità più totale a circa 20/30 minuti di auto dalla prima spiaggia disponibile. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Consigliato!

La quintessenza dell'accoglienza

Gli appartamenti di Carmen e Alessandro sono stati arredati da lei con passione e competenza: la cura per i dettagli vi farà sentire a casa vostra .Tutto è ordinato, pulito e di ottimo gusto, incorniciato dalle verdi colline dell'entroterra ligure, in un contesto tranquillo. Mai stata così coccolata da dei padroni di casa, io ed il gruppo di 10 amici con cui ho trascorso il weekend abbiamo subito instaurato con loro un rapporto di amicizia e fiducia. Bella casa in zona tranquillissima

Case molto ben ristrutturate, comode e molto pulite. Ci siamo stati comodamente in 12. La zona è decisamente tranquilla, lontano dal caos della costa. I proprietari sono persone molto piacevoli, gentili, disponibili e simpatici. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura!

"Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires,le gîte est aménage avec beaucoup de goût et de fonctionnalité. Nous étions 5 adultes et 4 enfants, nous occupions les maisons Bruno et Marikitta. Ces logements sont suffisamment spacieux pour ce nombre de personnes. L''endroit est très calme et bien situé - à peu près à mi-distance de Gênes et des Cinque Terre - que ce soit par la route ou par le train."

Un gîte plein de charme

Nous avons séjourné dans l'un des appartements qui composent le gîte “Casa La rosa”. Restauré et meublé avec goût, il possède un charme certain et offre un réel confort. Alessandro nous a accueilli chaleureusement, se montrant soucieux de notre bien-être ; il nous a même offert une bouteille de vin local. Nos enfants ont découvert dans la maison un coffre plein de jouets et ont pu profiter de la campagne environnante (différents itinéraires de promenade à proximité).

"Io e i miei amici abbiamo trovato questa sistemazione per il week-end di capodanno, si nota subito la pulizia delle stanze, dei pavimenti e della biancheria; oltre alla completezza della cucina. Molto comoda la stufa a legna che rende le stanze calde e accoglienti. Molto ben arredata e ordinata e comoda anche per televisione e connessioni. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e socievole. Non lontano c''è una pizzeria davvero buona a prezzi abbordabili a chiunque. Consiglio l''alloggio a tutti."

Ottimo per gruppi!

Appartamenti ristrutturati di recente e con gusto che possono ospitare gruppi di amici (noi eravamo comodamente in 12!). Arredamento moderno e pulizia impeccabile, la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort e vengono messe a disposizione biancheria da letto, asciugamani e cucina attrezzata con pentole, piatti e posate. Contesto incantevole, immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità, ma a pochi minuti dal mare e da locali e ristoranti tipici. L'esterno è attrezzato per cucinare e pranzare all'aperto. I proprietari, marito e moglie giovani e simpatici, sono disponibilissimi a offrire consigli e suggerimenti per vivere al meglio il soggiorno!

Very old house tastefully renovated

"We were very happy with the 2 flats that we rented, both tastefully reonvated and decorated and very well equipped. It is most agreable to arrive in a kitchen which is effectively fully equipped. We were warmly received by Alessandro and Carmen. Very good value for money. Nous étions très content des deux appartements que nous avons loué. Very nice and clean house...

Very nice and clean houses. Very-very friendly and helpful owners. Located appr 15 km from the sea and 2-5 km from the village, where closest dinner options are available (actually, these restaurants suggested buy the owner, were the best we met in Italy) so you need a car to move around.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gewechselt, die Einrichtung ist neu, es fehlen nur Kleinigkeiten wie z..b. Eierbecher, Toaster, Schere, Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Grill und Gemeinschaftsgarten sind schön, die Umgebung ist schön und für sportliche Radfahrer gut geeignet, die Strände sind mit dem Auto in 13 bis 20 km zu erreichen, im Ort gibt es alles was man braucht Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäcker, Pizzerias, Apotheke, Kaffee etc.

Appartamenti molto puliti, arredati con gusto e dotati di ogni comfort. Zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde, strategica per raggiungere le località turistiche più rinomate del Levante.
