Ideal context for lovers of nature, tranquility and the clear waters of the sea on the west coast of Elba. The beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The house is surrounded by a large garden of orange, lemon, cherry and other fruit trees.
The apartment, spacious and welcoming, is composed of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people (two beds), a double bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is in the bedroom and one in the living area. It is equipped with TV, air conditioning, free WI-FI connection, washing machine and parking space.
Outside, the veranda includes a wooden table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and deck chairs. The property, which is accessed through a gate, is closed and delimited by hedges, walls and fences.
The apartment is part of a family house which is located in the center of the town, a few minutes walk from the main square, shops and services and the sea (350 / 400m).

In the village there are 2 free beaches, small gravel (with bar services, rental of umbrellas, sunbeds, pedal boats) and beautiful white cliffs.
In 10 minutes by car (or bus) you can reach the beautiful white sandy beaches of Fetovaia, Cavoli and Marina di Campo: an old fishing village with shops of the best "brands", outdoor cafes with piano bar and excellent restaurants.

Pomonte is included in the natural park of the Tuscan Archipelago and offers beautiful nature walks, with breathtaking views of the sea and the steep cliffs. The pedestrian paths in the natural park, if you love trekking, are really special: two experiences not to be missed are the trip to the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Monte and the ascent to Monte Capanne (1019 m).

lots of reasons for a visite

The property was very charming, beautiful and made fpr an relaxed stay. The property was very clean, everything was in a very good shape. And sometimes it is an advantge, to have two bathrooms, even you are onlly 2 persons. The view was great and the terrasse was made for breakfast in the morning or sitting in the evening, watching the sundown.

Schöner Urlaub / jedoch Aufpassen!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und fast wie im Internet beschrieben. In der Anzeige sieht man auf den Bildern einen Gas Herd. In der Wohnung gibt es mittlerweile aber einen Induktionsherd. Hierfür sind auch diverse Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden. Jedoch aufgepasst bei der Endreinigung! Hier wird im Internet geschrieben, dass diese Optional ist. Vor Ort hat sich dann rausgestellt, dass diese verpflichtend ist und 70€ vor Ort in Bar gezahlt werden sollen. Auf diese Situation habe ich dann die Vermieterin via WhatsApp aufmerksam gemacht und dann tauchten auf einmal irgendwelche Hausregeln auf italienisch auf. Welche besagen, dass die Endreinigung verpflichtend sei. Diese Hausregel wurden uns erst einen Tag vor der Abreise geschickt via WhatsApp. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Vermietern sich hier etwas dazu verdienen will... am Ende haben wir keine Endreinigung gezahlt. Es hieß auch, dass sich die Vermieterin von uns persönlich verabschieden möchte, nach dem Thema mit der Endreinigung sollten wir einfach nur um 10:00 Uhr aus der Wohnung verschwunden sein... Im ganzes war dies jedoch ein sehr schöner Urlaub und selbst Ende September hatten wir noch 20 - 24 Grad und konnten auch noch im Meer baden. Es gibt nur 15 Autominuten von der Wohnung entfernt einen sehr schönen Sandstand (Spiaggia di Fetovaia)!

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Kurzer Weg ins Dorf und an den Strand. Waschmaschine ist für zB Handtücher sehr praktisch. Die Vermieterin ist sehr lieb und fürsorglich. Sie konnte uns mit allem weiterhelfen.Wir haben keine negativen Punkte.alles Bestens!wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Entspannte Woche

Empfang und Kommunikation war prima. Maria wohnt im gleichen Haus. Wohnung war sauber und Küche gut ausgestattet. Reiste mit meiner Mutter daher waren 2 Bäder praktisch. Im Ort ca 7 min zu Fuß gibt es Bäckerei sowie kleinen laden. Die kleine Bar mit Pizzeria im Zentrum ist zu empfehlen. Terasse ist herrlich und ruhig. Gerne wieder

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Pomonte. Es war alles wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Maria Rosa ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Pomonte bietet alles für einen entspannten Urlaub.

A Pomonte e in questo alloggio ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Si trova in una bella zona dell'isola con alcune delle spiagge più famose raggiungibili in pochi minuti di macchina. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile

Maria Rosa ontving ons zeer gastvrij en was behulpzaam met tips over het eiland.

De woning was netjes en schoon met een mooi terras waar je zowel in zon als schaduw kon zitten gedurende de dag. Bedden waren goed en de 2 badkamers schoon. We hebben regelmatig zelf gekookt en alles was aanwezig wat je in een keuken mag verwachten. Wasmachine was even zoeken maar die stond 1 verdieping lager in de tuin. We hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad. Onze complimenten voor Maria Rosa die altijd klaar stond.

Feine, ruhige Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Elba in Pomonte sehr genossen. Die feine, gemütliche und wunderbar ruhige Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse liegt als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen optimal. Maria Rosa ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und immer sofort zur Stelle wenn es Fragen gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Là dove tramonta il sole

Pomonte è un villaggio che conserva il sapore della dimensione turistica non di massa. L'appartamento si trova nella zona alta ed è molto tranquillo, semplice ma fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Bel patio dove mangiare e rilassarsi. I gestori che abitano nello stesso immobile sono molto gentili e prodighi di indicazioni. I tramonti sono garantiti ed inclusi nel prezzo! Consigliato

Un'oasi di tranquillità

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Maria Rosa è stato rigenerante. Punto forte della casa è il terrazzo con portico, lontano da ogni rumore e circondato da ulivi e alberi di aranci e limoni. L'abbiamo usato per pranzi, cene e colazioni, ma la mattina era il mio momento preferito: alle 8 (fine agosto) il sole sbuca da dietro i monti a Est e illumina proprio il tavolo della colazione sotto il portico. Dalla casa andavamo al mare a piedi raggiungendo il centro di Pomonte attraverso una via pedonale (c'è un po' di salita al ritorno, ovviamente, ma mio figlio di 3 anni ce l'ha fatta senza problemi). Il paese è tranquillissimo, con tutti i servizi essenziali. È un paese "vero" e non solo una località turistica. Ottima la comunicazione con la proprietaria che abita in una zona separata della casa ed è sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Cucina ottimamente equipaggiata.

Splendido soggiorno all’Elba

Casa pulita e molto confortevole. L’esperienza é stata completamente soddisfacente e rilassante. Il paio esterno estremamente comodo per poter cenare con una splendida vista.

Appartamento molto confortevole con vista mare

Grazie alla comodità dei materassi e alla silenziosità della zona abbiamo dormito benissimo, inoltre l'appartamento è dotato di doppi servizi completi e un'area esterna dove poter mangiare ed eventualmente prendere il sole. A due passi non soltanto dal mare ma anche da una fonte e dai sentieri che salgono al Monte Capanne. Inoltre l'appartamento era pulito alla perfezione.

Très belle location, fidèle aux photos présentées.

Logement sympathique, au calme, équipement suffisant pour une location de vacances. Proche (à pied) des commerces et petite plage propre et calme. Village agréable et très joli. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Propriétaire très agréable et disponible. Un emplacement pour garer son véhicule est prévu et ceci est un plus.

Grazioso appartamento in splendida posizione

Appartamento molto carino e ben arredato. Molto utile la veranda esterna con vista mare, sempre ventilata, dove cenare é un vero piacere. Ottima posizione vicinissimo al paese dove é presente tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (mini market, forno, bar, gelateria e ristoranti). Importantissimo il posto auto riservato all'appartamento. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili a fornire tutte le informazioni sulla zona.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo grazioso appartamento la settimana scorsa io, mio marito e il nostro bambino di 11 anni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento è completo di tutto, con due bagni, entrambi con doccia. Pulizia impeccabile e silenzioso. La proprietaria dolcissima e molto discreta. Il paese davvero tranquillo, fuori dal caos delle spiagge più frequentate. Lo consiglio se ci si vuole riposare davvero.

Un posticino delizioso nella parte piu alta e suggestiva di Pomonte, un luogo fascinoso e apparato

Appartamento molto grazioso, ben attrezzato, luminoso e pulitissimo, affacciato su un delizioso giardino lastricato dove si mangia e si sosta in tutta pace e con piacere. Maria Rosa ci ha accolto con cortesia e disponibilita', pronta a soccorrerci in ogni piccolo problema Lo consigliamo vivamente e soprattutto...speriamo di tornarci presto!!!
