Small vineyard and large private garden surrounded by plant streams with access from a cypress avenue. 3 bedrooms including 2 double beds, living room with fireplace, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 storeys. Unique location, quiet but one kilometer from the town center of the historic town of Lonato. Supermarket and all the services very close. Possibility to practice various sports, from MTB to trekking, summer bathing in the summer, sailing and canoeing. Go Kart, tennis courts and swimming pools nearby
