Lake front Villa

The property is in excellent condition and we can’t say enough positive comments about the host staff.Silvia, Giuseppe, & Diego are so responsive & friendly.Well fitted in the kitchen, bedding & amenities.

Silvia and Andrelina could not have been more gracious and accommodating. Check-in and check-out very easy and communication was excellent. Location was great - right on the lake and easy walk into town. Apartment itself needs some TLC. We had spotty Wi-Fi even with a new router; the downstairs is rather musty and there was mold in the bathroom. Description says renovated in 2023 but it could still use some attention. Enough space for our family of six.

Traumhafte Lage /Terrasse

Wir haben 5 sehr schöne Tage verbracht, Die Lage direkt am See, nur durch die Promenade getrennt, ist unschlagbar. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Gläsern könnte besser sein, aber hier wurde Abhilfe versprochen. Die Kontaktaufnahme ein paar Tage vor dem Urlaub war prima, ebenso der Empfang und die Ansprechbarkeit vor Ort. Kleinigkeiten können noch verbessert werden, aber insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Vacances au bord du lac de Garde

Magnifique situation de cette belle maison très spacieuse directement au bord du lac. Belles prestations. Un petit bémol pour le sous sol qui sent le renfermé. Le check-in et out ainsi que l’interaction avec Roberta, notre, contact sur place était efficace et professionnelle.

traumhafte Lage am Gardasee

Die Lage ist traumhaft.. Ausstattung ist ok, hier und da sind ein paar Renovierungen erforderlich. Aber der Blick und die Lage sind super. Die Abgrenzung zur Promenade sollte verbessert werden, ansonsten muß man schon mal mit Besuch rechnen.

Sehr schöne Lage

Das Objekt liegt wunderschön, direkt an See und entspricht der Beschreibung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt, auch wenn der abgebildete Flipper nicht funktionsfähig war.

Wunderbares Feriendomizil

Das Ferienhaus hat eine großartige Lage direkt am See. Vom Balkon gibt es einen großartigen Ausblick auf die Berge und das Südufer (was auch nach Sonnenuntergang sehr stimmungsvoll ist). Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Zum Hafen und in den Ortskern sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Betreuung incl. check in und check out war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und umfassend. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft rundum und ohne Vorbehalte empfehlen.

Bello e intimo

Mi è piaciuta la posizione ,la villetta. Non mi è piaciuto il garage con il lungo viale troppo stretto per portare l' auto e il posto auto scomodo. Non mi è piaciuto avere la passeggiata delle persone davanti la casa. Io per spiaggia privata intendo senza nessuno che ha diritto di passaggio.

Nice villa directly on lake side

The location is great in the village and near the center. Comfortable house, although the kitchen is a bit small, the kitchen downstairs is not equipped with a refrigerator, so not much of a help.

Beautiful location

Outstanding property, perfectly situated with first class facilities. Views from balcony are amazing and villa had everything we needed. Only thing to he aware of is it was difficult to park our Mercedes Vito in the garage as very tight entrance. More suitable for a smaller vehicle but overall an excellent villa

The location was great, the decoration of the villa was very nice. The bedroom on the ground floor needs some attention as it smells quite damp in there. The garden area needs a fencesimilar to mark the edge of the garden. One day we had about 8 people sitting and lying on the wall at the edge of the garden and leaving their bags and towels on the garden while they went swimming

Ein Traum am See

Die Kommunikation war super. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Die Ausstattung war super. Morgens bei Blick auf den See frühstücken. Fazit ist: Jederzeit wieder Mehr Handtücher. Geschirr Tücher zum abtrocknen. Der Privatstrand war kein Rasen mehr und von außen sehr einsichtig, hier könnte man sich was einfallen lassen das man nicht komplett vor den vorbeilaufenden Leuten liegt.

Fast alles stimmt

Die Lage ist absolut ein Traun.. Das Untergeschoss ist leider sehr dunkel und das Schlafzimmer hat keine Fenster zum öffnen. Deshalb 1 Minuspunkt. Die obere Etage war sehr schön und entspricht den Bildern. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft die man weiterempfehlen kann.
