Duplex penthouse apartment on the second line of the beach in Tarifa. With a modern decoration, in the lower floor we find the American style kitchen, fully equipped: 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-combi ... the living room with a large table and exit to the first of the terraces, this with outdoor furniture and 2 of the bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower tray located in one of the bedrooms and the other with a bathtub.



On the upper floor, which is accessed through a spiral staircase in the living room, we find the third room with 2 single beds and the second and largest of the terraces with furniture chill-out ideal to rest and enjoy stunning views of the sea.



The urbanization has a swimming pool, garden areas and underground parking in which we will have a plaza.



It is a quiet area although it is a step away from the beach and about a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Tarifa.

Le faltan vistas desde las terrazas y aire acondicionado

Nos ha gustado la casa que es espaciosa y el garage muy cómodo. Hemos echado de menos las vistas desde las terrazas y aire acondicionado, porque el sol pega directamente desde el mediodia hasta que se esconde en el salón y dormitorio.

Buen apartamento.

En general todo estaba bien. Limpieza, cocina, baños, habitaciones... Muy cómodo y la terraza del piso de arriba es estupenda con el jacuzzi. Hay muy poca presión de agua y las escaleras que suben a la habitación de arriba están un poco inseguras.
