Apartment of 120 square meters and of new construction in one of the best urbanizations of Tarifa. Located at the entrance of the village and a few meters from the beach of Los Lances, it has gardens and community pool (open from June 15 to September 15). The historic center is a 15-minute walk away.In addition to the spacious living room, which has stunning views of the sea and the African coast, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second with two single beds.It also has a toilet with shower and separate kitchen, with everything you need to cook in the accommodation: ceramic hob with 4 burners, microwave, fridge-combi ...The terrace has outdoor furniture where you can relax in this very special enclave.It has Wi-Fi and air conditioning only in the living room.We have 3 other apartments equal to this in both decoration and size, situation and benefits. If you are a group of more than 5 people or two families you can rent several.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist unglaublich schön, 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, riesiges Wohnzimmer und eine wunderschöne Terrasse, mit Blick auf das Meer und einen tollen Sonnenuntergang. Rundum ist diese Wohnung nur zu empfehlen.
Es sollten evtl. mehr Teller und Tassen da sein. Geschirrhandtuch und Reinigungsschwamm wäre ein guter zusatz. In der Nacht hat es durch die Zimmer gezogen, die Fenster sind also nicht wirklich dicht.

lovely apartment with beach and pool view
- The quick service with the matras of our beds. After the first bad night we slept perfectly on the new bed.
- Quick changing of the empty gas.
- Quick respond of the office on our questions.
- Nice and comfortable apartment
- There was a lot of hair on the ground. That could happen because you had a bad day cleaning so maybe normally it is better.
- Between the bank in the living room there you could find a few spoons etc.
- At the pool we were always asked for a card. We didn´t have a card. We were allowed to swim but they kept asking.

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage
Größe des Appartements, Raumaufteilung, Einrichtung, Lage und eigener Parkplatz - alles perfekt. Dazu toller Service beginnend ab Buchung über Zahlung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe.
