Beautiful tropical themed totally private yard, Private swimming pool and exceptional spa. High quality king beds plus a queen Murphy bed.. Fantastic vintage furnishings. Kitchen is fixtured with everything you could possibly need. Price is based on double occupancy. 55" TV ( LR ) 48" (MBR). Great quiet Sun Lakes location. 4 golf courses and clubhouses in the community.

Sun Lakes is a beautifully maintained resort type neighborhood featuring many small lakes, 4 golf courses with clubhouse / restaurants and much more. At the south end of the greater phoenix area, the community is quiet with great access to the airport ( 25 minutes ) and major roadways.
