Villa LP is a Luxurious 5 bedroom (sleeps 12), 5 bathroom villa in a 460 covered Sqr area located in Coral Bay Village and offers beautiful sea views and landscaped garden. The open plan living/dining room is bright and spacious with flat screen Satellite TV, relaxing sofas and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect to find at home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, Jacuzzi and a balcony with views of the coast. All rooms have A/C and spectacular view of the coast and/or mountains and/or pool. You will not miss a day without enjoying watching the amazing sunset from the top terrace. You could also enjoy your time in the ground floor sauna.

The Villa is set among very well maintained private grounds of mature trees and lawns with private swimming pool, fully equipped including sunbeds and umbrellas. Located just a few minute walk from all of the local amenities that Coral Bay has to offer including quality restaurants, taverns, beach bars, banks and boutiques and the best sandy beach in the area where you will find safe swimming and a selection of watersports. A regular bus service which is a few minute walk away runs from Coral Bay centre to Papho’s old town and harbour with its bustling markets, shops and sea front taverns, as well as karting, Aphrodite Waterpark and the historic Tomb of the Kings attraction.

Gorgeous , relaxing .

We loved this place ! there where 7 of us in total, 6 girlies and a 3 year old . The house is well laid out loads of bathrooms, living space and space in general . The kitchen is well stocked with all the glasses plates etc that you could need .The hosts where amazing and nothing was to much trouble , honestly having travelled the world , and living in london, I have seen a lot of different accommodation , but this was perfect , well kept and super relaxing, Lillia even helped to organise get food delivered to the house !! Fabulous . i thoroughly enjoyed our time as did all of the girls , and we are already planning our next trip out . Thank you just doesn't seem enough ! Xx

Fantastic Stay in Coral Bay

We had a lovely week in 36 Sea Caves. Two families with 4 children ranging from 13 - 16 years of age. The house is lovely! Very spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Lilia’s communication was excellent and the one small problem we had during our stay was rectified quickly. The property is in a beautiful, peaceful setting however, I would say you definitely need a hire car. We took a taxi some nights and it is a short ride to the Coral Bay restaurants and bars. Plenty of beach towels were provided which is always a bonus for me, if you don’t have to bring your own! Fantastic pool and patio with different seating options for Al fresco dining and drinks. A welcome pack with bread, milk, water etc was provided too which was a godsend as we arrived at 10 pm. Overall, a fantastic stay and would thoroughly recommend this property!

Wonderful Large Villa

We spent a week in Villa LP in the middle of May and we had a wonderful time. The Villa was very clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and easy to keep cool in warm weather. There are plenty of options of where to eat, both indoor and outdoor It is in a quiet location, but only a short 2 min drive into Coral Bay shops, less than that to the sandy beach there. Lilia, the owner, was very helpful and responsive, we had an issue with an Aircon unit but it was fixed within a couple of hours. She also replaced the dishwasher and microwave whilst we were there even though the originals both worked. There was an extensive welcome pack provided including bread, milk, fruit juice and freshly laid eggs from Lilia’s hens. The pool is set back from the house and is completely enclosed so the villa is safe for toddlers. I would highly recommend Villa LP for a large group.

Family holiday

I can not fault Lilia with her communication and her response to any requests. Lilia and her family are great hosts. There was bread , milk , eggs etc provided for our arrival and we were sent fruit and eggs on out second week. However the property is rather tired and needs some investment . It looks like some money is being invested in the lower level of the villa, the games room, sauna and bathroom were out of action which wasn’t communicated prior to our arrival . The property is listed as 5 bathrooms it’s 4 bathrooms and a toilet room and one bathroom is off the games room and is out of action. The location wasn’t the best, you need ideally to drive especially at night to restaurants/bars. As no pathways on the dark roads. We did have a lovely holiday and the hosts were fantastic. The villa was just tired and too far out for us .

Give it a try - why not?

Good location, spacious and very comfortable. 40 mins from airport. Local bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance although you may want to hire a car.

We had a lovely holiday, the villa and pool are amazing and the owners were very helpful and responded immediately to issues such as hot water and finding the lighter for the BBQ.

Perfect big family holiday

This villa absolutely made our holiday! Lilia was very easy to chat to and answered all our questions before and during the stay, and when we had an issue with the safe she was more than happy to arrange for it to be sorted out (which was done promptly!) The villa was stunning, the loaction - while not perhaps in walking distance - was well situated near enough to all the amenities to be extremely convenient, but secluded enough that it felt very private and relaxing. Stunning views, stunning villa and an absolutely perfect holiday, thank you very much!

Amazing villa run by super family

All the way from first enquiry to arrival, Lillia was super helpful with an impeccable understanding of English. We are a family of three generations and there was something for all of us. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by all. We met several of the family who couldn’t do enough to help. Great location, lovely beach 5 mins down the road, car essential. Nero was by far our favourite place to eat, suggest booking in advance.

Stay with 2 families over October half term

Just got back from a great 8 night stay at villa LP with 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids aged between 14 and 7). The villa was fantastic - a great size with plenty of space for everyone. The pool table and pool were both very popular. Host was very communicative before and during the stay and even provided some essentials (bread, milk, fruit etc) on arrival. Location is great, but a car is definitely recommended to get the most out of your stay. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Wow, what a place! We stayed in Villa LP with our family and friends whilst in Cyprus getting Married! This Villa is Huge, 9 adults stayed in this villa and we had loads of room. Our wedding planner and makeup artist who visit villas alot could not believe how big it was! The area is very quiet which is great, lovely views of the sea at the front of the property and the hills at the back. The pool is a suitable size with plenty of sun loungers and lilos. In walking distance of the sea and Coral Bay. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The property owner is amazing and could not be any more helpful. We had an amazing stay and cant wait to go back.

great villa in a good location and very good for large family

We've just had a fantastic week in Villa LP. As a party of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) the villa was great. Plenty of rooms for everyone and the pool area is more than big enough and has plenty of sun beds etc. It's only a few mins drive out of Coral Bay but very quiet at night. You can walk to the coast in a few mins and then walk along to the shipwreck. The Villa was very clean and everything was well maintained and the owner couldn't be more helpful!

Lovely spacious villa with great pool, perfect for big family

Really impressed with how roomy this villa felt. We had seven adults and three children staying and there was a lot of room to spare. Set over three floors, with massive communal area, plus big pool and patio areas outside front and back. We had big family meals in three different places - dining room, on back patio in evening, and front patio in morning, depending on where the sun was. Watched sunset from big balcony on top floor one night. Big kitchen. Also has garage and even sauna (although we didn’t use it). In a secluded location, which we liked because it was quiet and felt very safe for kids. You could walk to Corellia beach but would need car to get to nearest place with shops and bars, which is Coral Bay. There was a taverna close by that looked walking distance. Lilia, the owner, was really helpful - she met us when we arrived to show us around and was available on the phone for queries (she replaced a broken high chair for us really promptly, which we appreciated). Everyone had a really great time there - kids especially loved the pool.

Fabulous villa...very relaxing stay

Been back a couple of weeks now. What a lovely stay we have had. The nicest Villa we have stayed in and we have stayed in a few in Cyprus. Lovely owner too..... Lilia, can't do enough for you. Just perfect .....idyllic ........peaceful .........

From the moment we arrived it was like a home from home . Lilia is the perfect host , she met us at the villa and explained everything , and was on hand throughout our stay . The villa is very ,very spacious yet homely , simply furnished ,yet elegant . Tucked away it is very private , and relaxing , but within minutes you can be in the heart of Coral Bay , and the beaches bars and shops . It has beautiful views of the countryside from the rear , and breathtaking sea views from the front balcony. Our family of 8 had the most amazing time and will definitely back ! .... We chose not to hire a car , and instead walked and used public transport ( its 10 mins to walk to the beach & the bus stop ) ....... however a car would be a useful addition for trips further afield , and quick trips to the supermarket etc etc ......... Overall it was just perfect for us ...... Thank you Lilia ...........
