Everything was perfect! Host was on point with sending all check in info including directions, door codes, etc. To our surprise the interior was decorated for Christmas, even including a Christmas tree!The location is perfect, right down the street from the main drag but still VERY quiet. You can tell this condo was recently renovated and everything was super clean. It was the perfect base camp for our Branson Adventures this year.

It was a great property to stay during our time in Branson. Walk in access (and no stairs!) was important for our stay with our daughter having hip and knee issues. Good location and convenient to wherever you might want to go in Branson. We especially enjoyed the good sized rooms, full kitchen, and comfy living room!

Beautiful and comfy condo!

We really enjoyed staying in this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The balcony had a great view of the golf course.

This condo is managed by Steve Harbour on behalf of the owners, Kim & Bonnie Talbott from Roswell, NM. Kim is a retired insurance agent. Kim and Bonnie are also treatment foster parents. They have had over 15 treatment foster children in their home over the last 20+ years. They have a grown daughter and a son, who was a police officer killed in the line of duty, as well as 2 grandchildren. They enjoy visiting Branson and taking advantage of all of the activities it has to offer such as the various shows, Silver Dollar City, zip-lining and great shopping!

Steve "property manager" has lived and worked in Branson since 1999. He has been a full-time Real Estate Professional in Branson for over 15 years. He manages a select few condos for nightly rentals.
Other than Real Estate, Steve is also a well known, award winning musician in Branson. He has played guitar for some of Branson's top shows including Andy Williams, Barbara Fairchild, Magnificent 7 and many more. Steve currently can be seen playing for "IT" at The Hughes Brothers Theater. He also plays for Roundup On The Trail Chuckwagon dinner show located at Shepard Of The Hills. Steve can help with your lodging needs as well as your Real Estate needs while in Branson.
