The apartment is located in one of the liveliest neighborhoods of Gijón: "The neighborhood of the Arena". It is ideal to spend a few days in the city and move on foot, since it is very close to the beach, the center, the Isabel la Católica park and the Molinón Stadium.

El piso estaba genial pero olía muchísimo a trabajo. Todo limpio aunque realmente no usamos nada de menaje. Tenía muchos detalles de café magdalenas tostadora cafetera etc......El colchón de la cama grande muy finito y las almohadas muy bajas. La zona muy buena está cerquita de todo y tiene muchos sitios para desayunar comer etc

La llegada fue un poco accidentada luego no funcionaba la wifi y la tele no tenia todos los canales. La casa amplia bien para 4 personas pero el menaje muy escaso y las camas demasiado blandas. Las paredes estaban sucias y habia algo de moho en la mampara aunque estaba todo limpio. Falta algo de mantenimiento La ubicacion bastante bien. Es zona azul pero se aparca bien.

Estancia inmejorable!

El inmueble estaba muy bien situado, cerquita de la playa y de servicios básicos como supermercados, tiendas, etc.... Laura es una chica muy amable y muy atenta! Nos dejó en el apartamento todas las atenciones posibles! Sin duda cuando vuelva a Gijón, volveré a repetir en el apartamento de Laura! Muchas gracias por todo! ;)

Maravilloso, 3 minutos a la playa, todos los servicios cerca, la casa tiene de todo y super limpia, por poner alguna pega seria el aparcamiento, pero por 8 euros lo puedes tener en la ora

Todo perfecto. La casa es perfecta para 4, tiene todo lo necesario, todo. Laura, la propietaria ha sido muy atenta y amable. Tuvo el detalle de recibirnos a las 23:30. Son de agradecer los detalles que nos dejó en cocina y que no falta de nada, sal, café, detergente...

Contentos con la elección.

Ubicación excelente para conocer la ciudad y disfrutar de la playa. Camas cómodas. Lo único que es un poco complicado aparcar, pero como en el centro de todas partes. Un acierto.
