Central Duplex Apartment with Large Terrace
Chamois 1 is part of the redevelopment of a traditional Chamonix building and the only duplex apartment. Spacious rooms decorated in a retro style and with quality furnishings create a tranquil interior. Situated in a charming residential area, the apartment is only five minute walk from the main high street so there is easy access to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The flexibility of this apartment is great for groups of friends and families alike.

The apartment sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms and on a sofa bed in the TV area. There is a maximum of 6 separate beds available, configured as follows:
Bedroom 1 : Double bed (ground floor) with ensuite shower room with WC
Bedroom 2 : Flexible, two single beds or double bed (lower ground floor) with access to shared bathroom and separate WC
Bedroom 3 : Flexible, two single beds or double bed (lower ground floor) with access to shared bathroom and separate WC
TV room : Sofa bed
OUR OPINION
The space that Chamois 1 offers for 6 people is considerably more than most rental apartments. The fantastic addition of a separate TV room provides extra living space ideal for the kids or for those who want to watch a film without disturbing the conversation. Guests love the location of this apartment - easy walking distance of the town centre, the Aiguille du Mid and just 50 metres from the Mulet bus stop with connecting services to all the lift stations. The other main draw is the sunny terrace with mountain views perfect for enjoying your meals alfresco.
For larger groups we have another three apartments in the Chamois building accommodating a maximum of 19 people. These are Chamois 2, Chamois 3 and Chamois 4.
