Attic lake view immersed in the Morenic hills
The house is totally renovated, in a simple and refined way at the same time. This is a large, very bright apartment with a wonderful view of Lake Garda, the mountains that surround it and the beautiful surrounding Morainic hills. Each room is served by a private bathroom, also there is a large living room with comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is large and from the dining room leads to a spacious balcony that enjoys a splendid view.
The apartment is located in the municipality of Ponti sul Mincio, on the homonymous river, just a few kilometers from Peschiera del Garda, then close to the lake and close to the amusement parks of this area (such as Gardaland, Caneva ...). From here you quickly get to the highway that connects to the beautiful surrounding cities (Verona, Mantua, Brescia, Venice, Milan ...) and in a few minutes you can also reach the nearby lakes (Desenzano, Sirmione, Lazise ...).
A few kilometers away is the beautiful village of Borghetto and the splendid Parco Giardino Sigurtà natural park.
