The condo was extremely clean and perfect for our family of four! The easy walk to Golden Peak, Avanti and Vail village made it so that we didn’t even need to get in our car the entire weekend!
Great location, tastefully decorated, excellent floor plan for a smaller space. I did give only 4 stars for accuracy of listing as the actual experience was better than the listing. This is an ideal location for a short casual walk to Vail Village and the parking is more than adequate.Yes, it’s not a 5-star hotel or lodge but you’re not paying an exorbitant price either
Rene was a great host, easy to communicate with and detailed instructions for everything.Property was as pictured and described, awesome location in Vail Village and we had an excellent stay overall.
The unit was perfect for my daughter and I. Came complete with a parking pass for our rental car. Walkable to Vail village as well as the Riva Bahn ski lift. We had a great time!

About the host
Hosted by Rene Blanchette, Owner
I am a Realtor and have lived in Vail since 1990. In my younger years, I worked in the Hotel Industry and was the International Sales Manager for a major Hotel Chain, The Westin. Working in the hospitality business gave me much insight into what a guest expects in vacation accommodations. I think I provide just that with my darling garden level condo. When I first purchased it, I lived in it for a year while I fixed it up and refurnished it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Why they chose this property
This Garden Level condo is in the best location. It's located in the pedestrian village of Vail Village, yet it is 1 and 1/2 blocks from the hustle and bustle, therefore, it is very peaceful. The fact that it comes with free parking is a huge benefit during the ski season as parking can be difficult and can cost as much as $40 per day. If you have children, this condo is just across the street from Children's Ski School. In the summer it is a short walk to the Ford Amphitheater and the Bravo Symphony Series as will as the International Dance Festival.
What makes this property unique
I have lived in Vail since 1990. This makes it easy for me to maintain and keep an eye on the condo and it's wear and tear. I strive to keep things fresh and comfy. The location is fantastic! Walk to everything as it is located in Vail Village. The condo comes with free parking for one car. Only 125 steps to the Chairlift. It is a garden level condo so it's not about the view - but it is always fresh and comfy and CLEAN!
