La Casa delle Fate: Sirens with a side sea view

Sirene is a nice and cozy studio apartment (studio apartment) of about 40 square meters on the first floor of the building. It also has two balconies that make it particularly bright, from the largest of which you can enjoy a beautiful side sea view (we are not on the seafront as you can see with google maps ..). In addition, the largest balcony is spacious enough to be able to put a table and two chairs (as in the picture).
The kitchen area is equipped with two electric burners, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, toaster, microwave etc.
As for the beds (I repeat this is open space, there are no separate rooms !!) , the apartment offers the possibility of a separable double bed in two single beds + pull out sofa bed.
Naturally, by opening the sofa bed, part of the living space is lost.
The laundry room on the second floor (with elevator) can also be used free of charge in the building. It is equipped with 3 washing machines, a tumble dryer, sink etc. to share with other guests.
