Mantenimiento

Family holiday

The pool area and outside eating area was great even though pizza oven was chained up and unable to be used and bbq was not great. Shame we had to mention grass needed cutting and pool needed cleaning - should have been done prior to our arrival! At least one hairdryer for this level of property should have been provided. Basic kitchen equipment like chopping boards/sharp knives should be checked regularly! No dial labels on cooker makes it difficult to work out what was being used! More than one set of keys for property would have made things easier! Lastly studio by pool had no lock on patio door so no valuables could be left inside!

Vivienda Grande mal equipada ,

Impressive, spacious Villa with lovely pool - Ideal for large family holiday

A great villa that I would be very happy to use again! Plenty of positives which include great view of Ifach Rock, good pool with paddling area, shallow & deep end. Garden room with attached toilet & shower very useful for daytime with top balcony for evenings. Clean & modern feel Plenty of space throughout & good bathrooms. Quiet area Supermarkets etc 5 min drive Negatives:- 2 week visit & no sheet/towel change. No welcome pack especially if late evening arrival so buy some basics before arrival. Buy a sharp knife when you arrive!! No gas for garden BBQ area hob Lots of steps Pond area not ideal if young children in your party Need to hire car as sea front 40min walk
