WE OFFER INCLUSIVE PRICE: ELECTRICITY (ALSO FOR THE AIR CONDITIONERS); (YOU USUALLY PAY EXTRA IN SPAIN), GAS, WATER, WIFI WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE!!! Great sea views from almost all rooms, terraces and from the pool. Up to 12 persons, 5-6 bedrooms: ONLY FOR BOOKINGS OF 11 OR 12 PERSONS THE 3rd BEDROOM WILL BE OPENED IN THE POOL FLOOR! 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 6 air conditioning units.
Quiet residential area with 2 residential units.
UPPER FLAT: 3 bedrooms with air conditioning with cooling, drying, heating available, 1 bathroom en suite with whirlpool bath + WC, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Dining table inside for a maximum of 8 people. Living room with air conditioning, with sea view, with 3 sofas and closed wood-burning fireplace. The main kitchen is in the upper flat with fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a 50cm paella pan. Direct access from the kitchen to the dining area and living room as well as to the covered terrace
with marvellous sea views and barbecue.
POOL LEVEL: THIS APARTMENT WAS BUILT INTO THE ROCK WITH A LOT OF EXPANSION AS A ‘CAVE APARTMENT’, 2 -3 bedrooms for 4 -6 people, from each bedroom you have direct access to the terraces and the pool. 2 bathrooms, each with shower and WC. Living room with small kitchenette, large fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven. Ventilation via the patio doors, air conditioning with cooling, drying and heating in the bedrooms.
Fly screens in almost all bedrooms. Heatable in winter via the 6 air conditioning/heating units, upper living level additionally with closed wood/heating fireplace.
SAT-TV: UPPER FLOOR: Our German, English, French and Spanish guests can receive free programmes from their home country, Switzerland: SRF reception, Netherlands: BVN reception.
POOLEBENE: In addition to the German programmes, some foreign programmes can be received!
Pool heating can be booked separately, surcharge per week € 150, not bookable from November to March!

This house can be booked in the early and late season with 1 accommodation unit for up to 6 people. Wintering in Denia: Ideal as 90% of all cafes and restaurants are open all year round. Monthly flat rates apply from November to March from 2 months, price on request.
Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, approx. 100 km from Valencia Airport and Alicante Airport (flights from almost all German airports with Ryanair, LTU, Lufthansa, etc.). It has 2 large marinas with around 600 berths and many very good restaurants (free parking), a beautiful old town with many cafes and restaurants, a fishing district with a lot of flair, very good shopping facilities in many supermarkets from 1500 metres away (Mercadona, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, Consum, Masymas) and around 600 cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area. A 17 km long sandy beach begins in Denia, partly with dunes, plus a 6 km long footpath from Denia directly along the sea (cliffs). Most of the beaches in Dénia have the Blue Flag, the European symbol for a clean beach and a clean sea.
Many hiking opportunities on the Montgo and in the mountainous hinterland.
Shopping in Denia: Large Monday market with clothes (new goods)

Distances from the holiday home: 400 m to bars, 1,500 m to the nearest large supermarket, 2,000 m to Denia, 3,000 m to the 17 km long sandy beach of Denia, 2,500 m to the harbour.
Our house ‘Montgo-Denia’ is in a quiet location - in a purely quiet residential area with detached houses - so please no parties, Spanish quiet times must be observed.
The villa is available for rent all year round. Dogs only on request. Final cleaning 180.- €, bed linen and towels per person one-time 18.- €. The amount listed on airbnb under final cleaning includes bed linen and towels. A deposit of 400.- € is due in cash on arrival, this will be transferred back within 14 days after departure.
A 3RD BEDROOM WILL ONLY BE OPENED ON THE POOL LEVEL FOR BOOKINGS OF 11 OR 12 PEOPLE!
The house has 2 car parking spaces, additional free parking on the street.
In the high season from April to October arrival and departure is only possible on Saturday.
