Paradies mit behebbaren Schwächen

Der Außenbereich ist großzügig, nicht einsehbar und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Der Innenbereichen der Villa Beatrice wirkt dagegen leider vernachlässigt. Dem Wohnzimmer fehlt ein Sofa, das auf dem Bild noch zu sehen ist. Die Küchenmöbel sind beschädigt. Küchenausstattung lieblos. Achtung: Klimatisierung gibt es nur einmal im Wohnraum und nicht nochmal extra in den Schlafzimmern. Die Betten sind nur etwa 1,50xm 1,90 m. Insgesamt wäre es ein absolutes Top Objekt, wenn der Eigentümer sich nach vielen Jahren auch mal wieder der Einrichtung widmen würde.

Schöner Urlaub

Lage und Aussicht des Hauses waren sehr schön. Der Empfang und die Einweisung durch Sagi waren sehr gut. Gerne wieder.

Erholsame Auszeit

Diego hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Garten, Aussicht und Anlage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider hatten wir etwas Wetterpech (Mitte bis Ende April), die Wohnung ist nicht beheizbar und somit waren die Abende und Nächte etwas ungemütlich. Alles in Allem aber absolut empfehlenswert, vor allem die Aussicht und die Ruhe in dieser Ecke der Insel haben uns beeindruckt.
