On the ground floor, you will find a combined living and dining room with a ceiling height of 190 cm, alongside an open kitchen also benefiting from a ceiling height of 190 cm, equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, and a microwave. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. Accessed via a steep staircase, the top floor hosts 1 room with sloping ceilings, where the ceiling height ranges from 97 to 178 cm. This intimate sleeping area features 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that the bedroom on this upper level is fitted with low-placed windows due to the sloping ceiling configuration.
