You will enjoy the more quiet end of the Garden City Beach in Murrells Inlet by staying in this well furnished , gated property condo with convenient elevator. There are truly beautiful views from this second floor deck. You can view the Marlin QuayMarina from the overlooking private deck. You can enjoy views of the Marsh Walk buildings across the water. The beach is accessible by walking across the street to a public walkway.
There are two pools on the grounds,

There is WiFi and cell phones are encouraged, no unit landline.

There are Two King bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and other with shower and tub combo. There is a Pull out sofa (queen) bed in the living room. This unit is good for 6 people maximum.

There is Assigned parking for one vehicle. Additional parking in overflow across street. There are Gated entrances and gated pools.

Nearby attractions include the Garden City Pier and Amusements; the Marsh Walk which has numerous restaurants and watercraft rentals; and Brookgreen Gardens, a national botanical and sculpture garden.

Bed linens and bath towels are now provided. However, please bring your own beach towels.

The following items are not included: washer detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper products, soap, nor garbage bags. Please arrange for those supplies.

PLEASE NOTE *At least two weeks prior to your stay, provide owner with your preferred mailing address to receive gate pass in advance of your visit, as well as check -in instructions. Check in is self check-in and is after 4:00 pm on departure no later than 10:00 am . These times are firm to allow cleaner the full six hours to clean.
Sorry , but NO pets or other animals are allowed by the Rules of the Marlin Quay Homeowners Association. Golf carts and motorcycles are not allowed for renters.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Guest should already mailed back plastic card they were mailed prior to visit for entry gate.
Guest should empty fridge and take or dispose of their food.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
By order of the HOA, no golf carts are allowed. Motorcycles not permitted for renters.
This unit is available for weekly rental only from Saturday afternoon 3:00 PM until following Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. No short stay refunds.
Parking of one vehicle is allowed in the inside parking lot in Assigned area marked 205. One additional vehicle is allowed in overflow area .

Wonderful stay! This unit exceeded our expectations, such a nice place. Well stocked kitchen, great furnishings, the balcony was so nice, and the view was awesome. Very comfortable bed, and the rooms were spacious. Easy access to the beach. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. The elevator serviced 2 units per floor so we never had to wait long. Directions were clear and communication was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Great view of inlet from balcony and windows. Place was clean and stocked with amenities. Short walk to the beach. Close to Garden City with Myrtle Beach just down the road. An elevator takes you right to the room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Always amazing!

This is the most enjoyable place to stay. The condo has beautiful views of the setting sun and wonderful views of the marsh. Watching the shrimp boat and the activity around the marina is my husband’s favorite part.

Awesome property!!

The condo was super quiet with the beautiful new windows and patio door. It had recently been painted and updated. It was one of the cleanest condos I’ve stayed in. There were also new furnishings. Watching the activity in the marina and the inlet from the balcony is my husband’s favorite thing. It’s convenient to restaurants and the beach is a very short walk away. Definitely our favorite place to stay. Sunsets amazing from condo.

Best condo in Marlin Quay

This was our 4th time staying at the Marlin Quay condos and was by far the cleanest and most accommodating. The condo has everything you could possibly need and we could tell walking in that it was a family vacation home and not just a rental. It was a perfect week!

We enjoyed our second week in this condo and it was great!

We happen to like the location of the property and my wife and daughter are extremely happy here. It is convenient to shopping the restaurants and most importantly the beach. We look forward to booking again next summer, hopefully for two weeks.

Wonderful vacation

The condo was lovely and very comfortable and homey. The view from our balcony was great! We loved the property. The two pools are wonderful and very well maintained. The beach was right across the street. We had a great time!

This is a lovely condo

The location is terrific. We brought our boat and kept it in the marina. We had a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed the condo and Connie, the owner, was very responsive and helpful!

Awesome condo and location

Relaxing Stay!

We had an awesome week at Connie's place! We loved the short walk to the beach! It was great having a washer and dryer available to wash beach towels and bathing suits. The views are priceless like out of a calendar! We did not want to leave! I would recommend this condo to anyone. condo to

10 yards to the marina, 120 yards to the beach. Two fine restaurants at the marinas edge. No need to move the car! The condo is spacious with a great view. A great host also!!

Why they chose this property

Chose Marlin Quay, across Waccamaw Drive from the Atlantic Ocean. Marlin Quay has unique positioning because of nearby marina and scenery of the marsh nearby. Most enjoyable is the scenery and that this building has an elevator and assigned parking within the gates.

What makes this property unique

This was one of the first steel structured concrete buildings built in Murrells Inlet. It also has two outdoor pools in addition to the lovely scenery from the marina side balcony.
