Die Lage direkt am Meer ist hervorragend. In ein p...
Die Lage direkt am Meer ist hervorragend. In ein paar Sekunden ist man am privaten Meerzugang. Hunde sind nach vorheriger Anmeldung erlaubt, allerdings sind die Möglichkeiten für das Gassigehen etwas eingeschränkt, da es kaum Grünflächen, die betreten werden dürfen, gibt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und der Sohn der Vermieterin spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Fußläufig erreichbar ist ein kleiner zweckmäßiger Supermarkt. Auch die Nähe zu Zadar (ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto) ist hervorragend für jene, die gerne mal auch etwas "Leben" haben möchten. Überhaupt ist die Lage sehr gut, da man in jede Richtung fahren kann und nach maximal 30 Minuten tolle Buchten mit netten Restaurants usw. findet. Die Ruhe vor Ort wird in den Nächsten Jahren möglicherweise etwas weniger werden, da dort gerade sehr viele Appartments gebaut werden. Daher ist der private Meerzugang ein großes Plus bei dieser Unterkunft. Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich wieder kommen.

Die Ruhe im Garten. Der Zugang ans Meer. Sauberkeit allgemein. Nur 3 Apartment, daher Platz genug.
Toller Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr netter Sohn von Hausfrau spricht gut Deutsch. Sehr aufmerksam zu den Gästen.
Einfach ankommen und Seele baumeln lassen.

Sympatyczne, ciche miejsce z kawałkiem " prywatnej...
Sympatyczne, ciche miejsce z kawałkiem " prywatnej plaży", do dyspozycji leżaki i parasole, jest natrysk na powietrzu , aby zmyć sól z siebie po kąpieli w morzu. Mnie najbardziej przeszkadzały odgłosy silników statków, promów , itp. Nie było ich widać , ale zawsze się słyszało, bardziej niż szum fal. Niestety po wodzie odgłosy się dobrze rozchodzą. Zmorą były komary, dobrze zaopatrzyć się w moskitierę , jest hak do zawieszenia, lub mocny raid czy inny środek na komary. Zabrakło mi dobrej teflonowej patelni w wyposażeniu w kuchni. Była mikrofalówka. Wodę do picia i gotowania w czajniku kupowaliśmy w sklepie, bo ta z kranu za bardzo chlorowana. Jest do dyspozycji miejsce w garażu dla samochodu, więc się nie nagrzewa. Jest możliwość zrobienia sobie grilla na powietrzu. Droga główna zawsze zakorkowana, ale do Zadaru dojeżdża się w 15 min. Polecam też Nin w drugą stronę.

Hallo, wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Kozino, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, Betten gut und feste Matratzen, schöner Balkon mit Blick in den Garten und dahinter das Meer. Auch kein Problem mit unserem Hund, offene Garage um das Auto unterzustellen ist auch dabei. Einrichtung ist einfach aber alles sauber, für uns absolut OK. Für die Badeplattform wäre noch eine Leiter oder Treppe ins Meer eine Verbesserung, ging aber auch so. ;)
Sehr freundliche Vermieter, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, optimal.

We had a nice vacation in Kozino. The owner is very friendly and very helpfull. The appartment was nice with a pretty large bacony. You can use the garden for bbq or just sitting in the shade of the trees. Kozino is a very quiet little town. If you want a lively boulevard near the sea you can go to Zadar or Petrcane.

Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek. Dom zlokalizowany jest w "ślepej uliczce" przez co nie ma tam zbędnego ruchu samochodów. Właścicielka bardzo w porządku. Miejsce naprawdę godne polecenia
