Important Information Regarding Beach Restoration
Thank you for considering a stay with us.
Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience.
What to Expect:
You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 15th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown.

If you love the beach, love the ocean, and love the good life this is the unit for you. This just gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on the top floor of Hacienda del Sol II is located on the no drive section of the beach.

The beautiful white sand beach here compels you to dig your toes in the sand, look for shells, build a sand castle, or pick up a surfboard and hit the waves. Our spacious condo has new furnishings with a cute beach theme throughout and granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Views of the ocean are great from every room, but the view from the balcony is almost breathtaking.
After a fun day on the beach come back to this condo and relax in front of the 55" HD Smart TV where you can watch Cable TV, stream movies online or play a Blu Ray DVD.

There are many exceptional restaurants, art galleries, and unique shops in the New Smyrna Beach while easy access to many of Florida's attractions; Orlando, Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, and Florida's oldest city, Saint Augustine, are minutes away.

Our condo sleeps eight comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and bunk room that sleeps 4 children with a twin/full bunk bed . Want to get away for a few minutes relax in the king and queen bedrooms while you watch the channels you want on your private TV. Like the rest of the condo the bedrooms are decorated in a colorful beach decor that makes each room enjoyable.

If you are allergic to dogs, please note that this unit owner has a dog.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.

Great vacation stay

I would stay here again in a heart beat! I have 4 kids ranging from 1 years old to 15 and they all loved it. It was only a couple steps to the ocean. I would definitely book here again and recommend it to a friend.

New Smyrna getaway

The condo was very comfortable and roomy for all five of us. The back bedroom was a little warm we needed to use a couple fans but other than that the decor was very nice. The front balcony was amazing it’s Doublewide and you’re right on the beach with beautiful views.

Family beach days

Very quiet and great location. Enough space for 6 adults and a small child to be comfortable. Beautiful views. Close to local shops and restaurants. New sofas and chairs. Nice decor. Back bedrooms did not get as much AC as the rest of the unit and beds were just ok as far as comfort.

Ready to Book It Again!

We had such a wonderful family trip! We've rented several condos in NSB over the years and never considered renting the same one again...not because any were bad, just because we like new experiences. BUT it was unanimous that we look into renting this same unit again next year!

Excellent beach location

Many places describe beach access but this is truly oceanfront property. The atmosphere is wonderful, safe, and very friendly. You can walk for miles! The pool is warm and the cabana is filled with puzzles, games, even Keurig coffee. The condo is comfortable and stocked with linens and towels, with beach chairs and toys included. Restaurants nearby and grocery stores too. Great parking lot also. Highly recommend.

Fabulous condo & location

The condo is well appointed with the essentials for a home away from home. The property is well maintained inside and out. We felt this was a safe environment to allow our teens to enjoy the beach without worry. We were pleasantly surprised by the short commute to the local restaurant scene. A fabulous place to unwind and recenter. Cate was absolutely amazing to work with and super responsive to any questions we had.

Bad customer service

We loved everything about the condo. It was beautiful! The 2 men running the facility were extremely rude. I have never experienced anything like it. We had a group of teenage girls who were hanging on the rope in the pool. I realize this is against the rules, but the gentleman screamed at the girls so aggressively that it left them frightened. A simple warning since it was the only thing they did wrong would have done the trick. When I explained what happened to the second gentleman in the office, he defended him. Terrible, hateful staff.

Dear Shelly, I am very sorry to hear that your experience staying with us was not to your expectations, and I sincerely apologize for that. Our maintenance guy that day is one of the favorites here of the owners, and the friendliest guy ever to work just the weekends. He talks to everyone, and jokingly shouts when kids disobey the safety rules. You are right that a prior quiet warning would have sufficed, but I can assure you it was not his intention to frighten the teenagers in the pool. I hope this does not sound defensive, I am just speaking the truth having known my staff for many years. It is the responsibility of the parents to make sure the kids are safe, but bouncing on the safety rope in the pool is not allowed. If that safety rope snaps out of the metal flange, people can be injured. That rope is there to distinguish the drop off to the deep end. We typically do not rent nightly (an error in the set up of the VRBO listing) and your stay was for only 2 nights, --something the owner questioned and in hind sight I should not have allowed and take full responsibility for that. Short term rentals are not allowed here as they typically are not accustomed to renting in a homeowners community. But, I decided to give it a try this one time. We never even had the chance to see you upon arrival or to explain to you the few procedures we enforce. But, to say we have a "Terrible, hateful staff" is not anything I have ever heard in the 12 years I have been with VRBO, and I am very sorry you left feeling that way. 2021 Family Vacation

This was our first stay at Hacienda Del Sol 2. Hope it will not be the last. Liked the no drive part of the beach. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Could not have been happier with our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Great condo

We had a wonderful trip at La Hacinda 2. Clean condo, furnished beautifully. Gorgeous pool, grilling was in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach. Our condo even had some beach items to use. Upon check in the man in the office was not clear or even helpful on parking. We can with 2 vehicles, as we had 5 adults with us, and kids. We were only given one parking pass and told here’s a temporary tag and hopefully your other vehicle won’t get towed. Not a welcoming comment upon arriving. Upon leaving had the same gentleman treat us the same….not clear on keys return and honestly quite rude. If you get the 3 bedroom condo the room won’t be ready till 4. The cleaning crew told us this and we had to wait despite the email stating arrival after 3pm. Should be more clear on these instructions. Despite the office issues the property is a good find.
