Beautiful Two Bedroom, Two Bath Condo in sunny New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This Beach front property is perfect for enjoying all that the Atlantic Ocean and New Smyrna Beach have to offer. Go for long walks on the no cars allowed beach, play beach games or bask in the sun. Cool off in the pool or relax in a chaise. Take a break from the sun and retreat to your own private balcony to nap or read a great book. Perhaps you would prefer to play solitaire, board games or simply enjoy your favorite beverage and meal while enjoying the panoramic views from your third story observation area. The balcony spans the length of the master bedroom and living area allowing beautiful beach vistas. Sit back and enjoy the action on the beach below or revel in the stunning sunrise and sunsets over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with a reclining couch and over sized reclining chair. There is a large, flat screen TV complete with surround sound, cable TV and WiFi. Included in your entertainment amenities is a library of DVD movies, Xbox games, board games and a large selection of all genres of reading material.

The kitchen is completely stocked with all the comforts of home. There is a more than ample supply of pots, pans, plates, glassware and utensils. The fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven are all in excellent condition. The coffee maker and toaster assure all the comforts of home while utilizing the kitchen.

The master bedroom is appointed with a king bed and a renovated en suite bathroom complete with a relaxing rain shower head. The second bedroom has a queen with a combination bath/shower directly outside the bedroom door.

There is the convenience of a washer and dryer inside the unit and a linen closet stocked with bed linens, blankets, bath towels and beach towels.

A few minute drive will bring you to Flagler Avenue, known for the unique and eclectic shops and restaurants of New Smyrna.

Want to take a break from Fun in the Sun, New Smyrna Beach is a short 55 minute drive from all the world famous theme parks; Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Disney World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Sea World.

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the years. It has always been great. The scenery is wonderful this time of year. It has been upgraded with new furniture and TV. What a surprise, all I can say is it’s a great place to stay.

Hacienda Del Sol II 315 A+

Room 315 direct ocean view was very nice. Unit amenities were as great as the view. Bed, Shower, electronics and decor all very elegant. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Immaculate.

Loved this condo and such a great location. Very clean and stocked with everything you need. Would definitely be staying again, but be aware: if you have a child/ children, they are not welcome at this condo. This is not listed clearly on the condo description so make sure you click over the “policies” tab. Overall loved this place but wish this was more clearly listed on the description.

Beach Vacation

I hate to share because I don’t want it booked when I want to visit, lol. Everything you could possibly need or want in this unit. Well taken care of & beautiful views. Definitely looking forward to our next visit. But if you are under 30 you may be better suited a few miles further down at Daytona Beach, much calmer & quieter in New Smyrna. Perfect for a relaxing get away, plenty of restaurants near by.

Relaxing, quiet, stay

Condo was clean with furniture that was attractive and comfortable. Host provided dishwashing soap, liquid soap in bathrooms, lots of beach towels, and an extensive book library, video library and indoor games. Internet access was straightforward and consistent. Bring "no see'em/mosquito" repellant for walking the beach or relaxing on the private porch. Beds were very comfortable and the A/C was quiet. Room darkening curtains were in place. Kitchen pots, pans, glasses and dishes were plentiful. Electric top stove, microwave, refrigerator and drip coffee-maker worked flawlessly. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Highly recommend for a very relaxing stay.

2021 Beach Vacation

Our time at NSB gets sweeter each year! We have been vacationing in NSB for 41 years now. The condo was well appointed and we loved our time here. The oceanfront views from the balcony were gorgeous and we loved every minute in this condo. The owner also responded quickly when we had a question. Looking so forward to booking again for our next vacation in NSB!

Fantastic property! Condo was great, pool was very clean. We liked that they had grills by the pool. Janet was very easy to reach for questions & quick responses. Perfect Treasure in Paradise

We've stayed at Hacienda del Sol in NSB many times & this unit was exceptional. The owner was very responsive from the point of booking the stay to checking in during our visit. This unit had absolutely everything we needed for a quiet & relaxing vacation. Both the kitchen & linen closets were well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The ocean view was unforgettable.

Just as advertised. Place is beautiful, furniture and beds were excellent. The sunrises from balcony were amazing. We saw dolphins or sharks every day of our stay. Facility is well maintained.

Extraordinary view with a perfect oceanfront location. Saw dolphins at sunrise on most calm days. Property manager, Janet, was very helpful, property had everything we needed & more, & building maintenance was pristine. Mattresses were comfy but the condo could have used a deep clean.
