This place is perfect. My family and I enjoyed our trip all the more for having this property as our base during our stay in London. Super quiet location with easy access to tube lines. The property is clean, stylish and plenty of space for a family of four. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay in Clerkenwell!

This is a great apartment in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to the tube. Several restaurants within walking distance. We loved the gas fireplace! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed at Chris' property a year ago, and loved it so much we decided to stay again. Great property, awesome location (close to tube, grocery stores nearby, lovely neighborhood) and Chris is a great host. Highly recommended!

Wonderful vacation!

The property was exactly as described and perfect four our family of four. Communication was great and check-in/check-out was easy. We loved the personal touches (bottle wine, fresh flowers, fruit, and Easter candy for our children).

Amazing Space and Gorgeous View

I stayed in the flat solo and it was perfect - ideal for one person or a couple. Stunning decor, lovely host and I was genuinely sad to leave. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood

Flat is in a cute, lively neighborhood. Quiet and not touristy but still close to everything and easy quick walk to underground station or bus stop. Managers/owners were very thoughtful and accommodating!

Great spot in a great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our time staying at Chris’ place. The flat was as-advertised, with nice design touches and a lot of space for our family of three. The windows everywhere were great in getting breezes through the flat, even on warm nights. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to London!

Perfect for a London visit

The apartment was perfectly placed for visiting central London. Tube only 5-10 minutes walk and great restaurants/cafes in the area. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with all amenities and we felt Chris was always on hand if we had any problems.

Super location

The flat was in a great location. Close to Farringdon station, grocery and great local pubs. Loved Ths Crown pub. The only drawback was there were lots of stairs, but we were aware and took our time with our luggage. The host was very quick to get back to us. Had a fabulous stay!

Nice apartment in a charming neighborhoodThe apartment is very centrally located yet far from the hustle and bustle of the capital. It is very well equipped; we lacked nothing during our stay – from umbrellas and tote bags to fresh flowers and fruit, every little detail was considered. We would highly recommend this property as an excellent place to stay when visiting London.

The property is very well furnished & equipped. We were very happy with the high standard of cleanliness and the host could not have been more helpful. It is just a short walk from the nearest tube station and there is an abundance of excellent eateries and pubs within a few minutes walk of the apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment has an excellent place to stay when visiting London.

The flat is as described in the website and is fully equipped. It is also well located given the proximity of the Farrington station. The communication with the owner were easy and efficient. I would highly recommend and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Staying at this VRBO in London was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and coziness. Home away from home

This property was spacious and perfect for us and our adult daughter. It had everything we needed to cook in on a number of nights. It was also well located to travel to restaurants, theatres and sites. Chris was a thoughtful host with adaptors for electrical devices from Canada available, and milk in the fridge. We loved the gas fire. We highly recommend this first class spot!

Very nice place in excellent location.

We loved the place from the moment we walked in. It is on third floor and we loved the view. Place is very spacious for our family with two teen girls. Location is excellent - easy access to underground or bus, good places nearby to go eat and couple stores to get groceries if you feel like cooking yourself. The apartment had everything we needed and if we had any questions Chris was just a phone call away. We are keeping this place on our list when we will come back to visit London.

Quiet, comfortable place to relax while in London

The property is wonderful. It comes with everything you need to relax during your stay. The kitchen has all the necessary items you may need if you want to cook. The beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed being away from the busy areas of central London. The Farringdon station was a quick walk and easy to access everything. The shops and restaurants around this apartment were all darling. Chris was a very helpful host and quick to respond when we had questions or needed help.

Fantastic stay in great apartment

Our family of 4 stayed for a week and we loved it. The apartment is very comfortable & beautifully decorated. Kids especially loved the Christmas tree and holiday decorations. No contact check-in/out very easy. The host, Chris, was helpful and responsive. We very much appreciated the bananas, milk, cookies and wine! The manual was very informative and useful. The location felt safe and quiet but easily walkable to supermarkets, cafes, pubs and restaurants. We would love to return.

The apartment is stylish and well appointed. The experience of London boroughs has been different from staying central London in so many positive ways- meeting the people of that borough, area attractions, restaurants, markets, pubs. Just for example-Covent Garden and the British Museum are within walking distance - even the Thames and city center attractions.

A spacious, comfortably furnished, clean, well equipped, bright apartment on a quiet street.

Chris responds instantly and helpfully to queries about the apartment. He even dropped in on Christmas Eve to help with the electronics. The apartment is equipped better than most rentals, with paper products, soaps, etc. We have stayed in 3 different rentals in The City, and this was by far the finest, in terms of quality and helpfulness of the host.

Great flat except for noise from the pub at night

We enjoyed our stay at this flat except for one issue - noise from the pub at night for the second bedroom (smaller one located on the main floor). Unfortunately, we visited during a heatwave and we needed to keep the windows open at night in the second bedroom to sleep so there was really no way to avoid the noise until the pub closed for the night.

Beautiful apartment in Central London

This bright, comfortable, stylish apartment on a quiet street in peaceful Clerkenwell has twice been a pure pleasure to stay in. From the chic master bedroom suite to the well-furbished kitchen and the lovely living room with gas fireplace, this is a perfect base for exploring the highlights of London. It is close to many Underground stops, a ten-minute walk to Saint Paul's Cathedral, the Thames River and Tate Modern. The pleasant owner responds almost instantly to communications and bends over backward to accommodate requests. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who loves London.

Perfect London Apartment

We had a great stay in Chris' apartment. We loved the location and the apartment is equipped with every detail of anything you might need. The decor is tasteful and functional. The beds were very comfortable. Chris recommended some local restaurants. We tried several and they were wonderful. One should note the apartment is up a couple of flights of stairs (no lift) which was just fine for us. The bathroom in the Master is quite open, so the less modest should choose this room if two couples are renting. I would definitely go back anytime in London! We loved the neighborhood and the place.
