Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of Fitzrovia, London with this spacious and modern 2-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a secure residential building — NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this spacious and modern 75 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Charlotte Street in the heart of Fitzrovia. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, Living Room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip (Delonghi) coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 8 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city.

Located in a great neighborhood, our family of 4 immediately felt at home once we entered the flat. The entire space was very clean and tidy upon check-in and the full kitchen and washing machine were great amenities to have. The host was very communicative and responsive with my questions and I highly recommend this flat to anyone wanting to stay in this area of London.

The flat was clean and very well located. The host provided fans, which we really appreciated considering the heat wave that we experienced in London. There were things that were missing, though, that would have made our stay more comfortable - pillows for the couches in the living room, dish towels and cloths for the kitchen, a light blanket to replace duvets on warm nights.Two things that were not shown in the photos: the queen bed that was in the living room(!), and, though stairs were mentioned, the fact it was necessary to navigate 2.5 flights of steep stairs to our flat!

The apartment was perfect for our needs--lots of space, great layout and amenities. It was also very clean and our host was very helpful in terms of anything we would need. This flat was perfect for our family - each kid got their own room which was very helpful for jetlag snoozing purpose! Mom and dad slept in the living room, it was very comfortable. The location is amazing.

Great location!

The unit was great for our stay in London. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and feel at home. The two walking minutes from an underground station made it the perfect launchpad to everywhere in the city.

The flat was in a good location. Pick up of the keys was easy, if follow the instructions (have to get the keys a few blocks away from a little market.) The apartment was clean (bedding, kitchen, bathrooms.) Since it was very hot and the flat didn't have an AC, fans were provided in each room, which was very helpful. We also opened the windows, which was great to let fresh air in, and have a little draft/breeze throughout the apartment. I wish the windows were as clean as the rest of the apartment. Also, I had forgotten that in Europe when it says 2nd floor - it's the US 3rd floor, so keep that in mind if have luggage to carry upstairs, as there is no elevator. I was traveling with my mom and daughter, and paid the Uber driver extra, to carry our suitcases upstairs. We had a very nice stay. There was not much noise, except on the FIFA day, when England was playing, but we didn't mind that at all, since were watching the game ourselves :) The host was great and fast at communicating, which I appreciated very much. The location was great for visits to Buckingham Palace, Tower of London and other central London landmarks, but was a bit far for the Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studios. Took us over an hour on taxi to get there without traffic.Thank you and will stay there again when visiting London!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was accurately described, and the host was super responsive--both before our arrival and during our stay.The property is centrally located and is within walking distance of Covent Garden, the British Museum, and other prominent attractions. We would definitely stay here again!The only negatives were that the stair carpeting (interior to the building but exterior to the flat) was in strong need of cleaning or replacement; and a 10-minute walk is required to retrieve the key to the flat on arrival.

Great location! Well stocked kitchen. Would have been 4 or 5 star rating with some more effort.- there had been hand soap in both bathrooms- the beds did not have yellow stains on the mattresses and maybe a mattress topper for comfort and easy cleaning- the pillows were of a better quality. Seriously. If you plan to pass out drunk every night, you’ll be fine. Otherwise, bring some pillows. Oh, the pillows had yellow stains. Some worse than others.- communication was a weird experience. E.g. VRBO says host will meet you. They did not. Key pick up was anything but friendly. There was no comms to ensure everything was great at check in. And checking out comms was unclear. Did we need to return keys before 10am, 24 hrs before, or was it ok to return at 10:10am (it is a 10 minutes walk to key pick up/return location- the pictures of flat are outdated. Living room rug is gone and so are the decorative couch pillows.Would we stay again? Probably not. Averaged 450/night. But location was great! Size of flat was also great.. so maybe with new pillows and clean beds.

The flat was clean and modern. Quick communication with owner in popular neighborhood with plenty of pubs/restaurants. We loved the stay even though it was during a heat wave with no air conditioning (we did have a few fans). Just waiting for our deposit back and it would be a 5 star stay.

London Stay

Check-in/check-out was easy. The location in SOHO was great with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to the Underground. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 adults. The washer was great too since we didn't pack much. Host was quick to touch base to prepare us for the trip and quick to respond when we were unsure how an appliance worked. This was VERY much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was great!

The flat was great for what we needed during our stay in London. Location was fairly central, but not heavily touristy. Easy for us to get to the places we wanted to go via walking or tube. The noise on the street at night took a little getting used to especially since we had our windows open while we slept. We would stay again!

Quite nice

The flat we had included a 3rd bed in the living area (as well as the pull out sofa we were expecting). Close to the Underground, restaurants, and (small) grocery stores. Doesn't have air conditioning, but that seems common. Only demerits are a bathtub that could really use a mat (the lip is very high) and the lack of a hair dryer. We would recommend it!

Fitzrovia is a wonderful area, but the street we were on although it seemed quiet. It was very noisy every night. The keys are picked up at the convenience store that is nowhere near the property. The apartment can potentially be up several flights of steep stairs, which was not disclosed. Wi-Fi never worked entry and Carpet along stairs was filthy. Apartment overall was rundown. Bedding was terrible.

Do not recommend

The property itself is spacious and within walking distance to SoHo. However, there are 2 issues I need to mention: One the check-in process is not easy. You need to walk around 7 blocks to retrieve the key (and drop it off at the same place after checkout).Second, I keep asking the host when my security deposit will be returned back to my card and he just does not get back to me. During the stay he would reply within an appropriate timeframe but I’ve asked several times about it now and no answer. I do not recommend this property.
