Dear Wayne, Thank you sincerely for taking the time to give us a a great review, we truly appreciate your comments, as a non resident owner all customer comments and criticisms help us to be aware of any issues & to rectify those issues for the benefit of all our guests and for that we are very grateful to you. Both my Turkish management and I will always endeavor to ensure our Villa is well maintained and try to cater all that is necessary to ensure a relaxing and hassle free stay for all our guests. We highly value your comments and for booking our Villa again and we look forward to having you back soon. Many many thanks On behalf of Owner and our Turkish Management.

Thank you for your review, firstly my sincere apologies for the confusion & the inconvenience caused. We are non resident villa owners and depend entirely on our local Turkish management for all our guests needs whilst in Turkey. Our local Turkish management had your passport picture page with your name & passport number together with your arrival details you completed as per their required guest registration so a simple guest verification check with you through the communication you had with their representative would have easily identified you as the only guest due for our villa. Our local Turkish management use our surname to identify our Villa, the same name & full address of our villa appears on a few documents & communication I sent you and I am sorry this association was not made. We would love to have you stay again & are happy to give you one night stay free when you next book with us. Again my sincere apologies & thank you. Margaret

Hi Sam, Thank you so much to you and your family for your very thoughtful and generous review. We value your kind words and the positive review. You are wonderful guests and we look forward to having you stay again soon. Kind regards Cheers Margaret

Dear Wayne and Family, Thank you so much for your continued patronage and your very fair review. We appreciate your honesty in highlighting the few niggling issues we need to tend to, to bring our Villa up to "outstanding" for all our valued guests, we have been living in Asia for the last 9 years and been non resident owners it has not been so easy, however we have returned to the UK which will now allow us the time to go out and put right the minor issues in the Villa, as you have noticed we also have a new Turkish management company who are very competent and efficient in their service so together we aim to do everything necessary to make all our future guests stay, comfortable, happy and memorable. Thank you sincerely for always coming back to us. Happy New Year and we look forward to seeing you and family again soon. Thank you. On behalf of Owner and Managent
