Rudder Village 5 - 4 Bedroom Home in Private Community

Vacation on your schedule! Flexible stays with a 3 night minimum (full week required 2nd full week of August). The amazing home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, accommodating 12 people. The Master Suite is located on the top-floor with a King bed and private door leading to canal-view deck. The 2nd bedroom holds a another King bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Pyramid bunk (double on the bottom, twin on the top) with pull out trundle. These bedrooms are also on the top-floor and share a bathroom. The final bedroom is located on the living-level with 2 Twin beds and private entrance to hall bathroom. The living room also features a Queen Sleeper Sofa! Soak up the sun in our community pool, or spend the day fishing on your own boat with 35' of dock space located at Rudder Canal #5 available behind the home. Covered parking for vehicle or boat/jet-ski trailer. There is parking for 3 vehicles maximum. Kick back at the end of the day with 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, high-speed WiFi, and stereo with CD player, or challenge friends to a game with the provided Nintendo. RV5 also has a gas grill and furnished deck with wonderful views of the canal.

Rudder Village 5 is located in the heart of Pirate's Cove Resort, within walking distance to the community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and our state-of-the-art Fitness Center. The homes is non-smoking and pet-free.

Family Gathering

Loved the balcony and porch looking over the canal. Nicely kept vacation home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything a family would need for storage and meal prep. Very clean. Pool was close by.

Amazing house

The house was amazing and so clean. Everyone staying in the area were friendly, polite, and quiet. Crab fishing from the boardwalk was a hoot. Hope to bring more family and return again soon.

Enjoyed our stay!

We've been to pirate's cove multiple times but it was the first time we stayed in this house. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bath with one bedroom with two twin beds downstairs, it fits our group of 4 families comfortably. The house has more than enough kitchen utensils, the only drawback is we found quite some ants. Overall we loved our stay in this house.

Clean, quiet house with a relaxing view

Clean property with plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood. We loved having a view of the canal from the balcony and porch, which made for an ideal place to eat dinner and have a few drinks each night. My son loved running out to the dock and seeing all the ducks as well. This property is in a great location -- a short drive to downtown Manteo and to several beaches and other sites like Jockey's Ridge without being in the middle of too many Outer Banks crowds (perfect for social distancing). The beds were not the most comfortable, but they weren't too bad.

Summer vacation

We loved our stay. It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The grill and raw bar was amazing and the check in process was smooth. We enjoyed the balcony and tile with family with plenty of space for everyone!

Let us “eggsplain “

-Jack n Jill bathroom drain stopped up and we had to take years hair and gunk out of it -bathroom rugs filthy -master bath had puddle and drenched rug when we first checked in -all cooking supplies and utensils were filthy, frying pan was put away with dried egg on it! Picture will be provided. -living room chair smelled like vomit -Dryer vent we had to clean out when we first used it and it was overloaded which was not just from one cycle not being cleaned out.... fire hazard Water bottles and random game puzzle pieces under bunk bed -wow what a trip adviser review this would make This house is not being taken care of properly.

Best community location in obx.
