Located in the stunning Pirate's Cove Resort, just outside of Manteo, NC. The homes does FULL WEEK RENTALS ONLY MAY 1ST TO SEPTEMBER 30TH and has a Sunday turn-over. 3 Night minimum bookings required in the off season. Relax and enjoy a beautiful 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom sound front and non-smoking home just minutes from the beaches of Nags Head. Ohana Alpha accommodates 12 people comfortably on 3 levels of living and sleeping space, so everyone has the ability to spread out. Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig & standard coffee maker, coffee grinder, and island with seating. Awesome furnished deck with 7-person hot tub (Available Year-Round), gas grill, and incredible sound views. The home also comes with many great features, such as: front load washer/dryer, WiFi & Cable, DVD/Blu-Ray players, and 5 flat-screen TVs. Private pier off the back of the home and additional 30' boat slip in protected canal located at Ballast Point Canal #58 (across the street). 1 kayak is available for use at no cost! Small private sound front beach behind property. PARKING FOR 3 VEHICLES MAXIMUM. Neighborhood amenities include a large community pool area with snack bar, lighted tennis courts, playground, basketball/volleyball court, fitness center and picnic area. This home is no longer pet-friendly beginning in 2023. Trailer must be stored in covered parking area. If it does not fit there, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee.

Five-minute drive to the best beaches, bars, and restaurants in Nags Head and Manteo. Additionally, Pirates Cove features the on-site World Class Marina and Charter Fishing operation, the Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar and Mimi's Tiki Bar with live music every night from Memorial to Labor Day. All of this adds up to the best vacation experience in the Outer Banks! Come let your adventure begin!

The photos were from a few years ago. The bathrooms were missing towel racks, the grill was not usable due to rust, the hottub wasn't usable. It needs a lot of TLC. Mold in room with matching twin beds. We were able to all stay together so I guess that's all I can say.

Beautiful views

Wonderful visit to this lovely spot in Manteo on Roanoke Island!! Waking up to sunrise over the Croatan sound, paddle boarding in the water, easy trips to the beach made this vacation fabulous. No issues with the house except tiny kitchen ants. Everything else was perfect. Would definitely return.

Dads & Grads

We had a group of Dads & their sons down from New England for a high school graduation trip. We loved the place! It was very clean & in great condition. Amazing bayside location, Kayaks, pool, Grill, hot tub. It was a perfect spot. Plenty of room for our large group. Loved the marina in the complex. Close to some of the best beaches in NC. I hope to come back with my extended family. I highly recommend this place- It was a perfect spot! Watching the sunrise from the deck every morning was a highlight.

Deep Sea Fishing Trip Housing

Six friends rented the property a Fri. - Sun. for a Deep Sea Fishing Trip out of Wanchese. The house was very nice and in a beautiful location. The freezer located down stairs was a plus for our trip, along with the linens, towels, hand soap, and kitchen starter kit being provided. We also enjoyed being in a gated community and the on-site restaurant was very good. Some improvements that could be made included: repairing the ice maker, replacing rusted/ bent shower curtain rods, patching screw holes where towel racks were replaced or missing (master bath) and giving the dock a little attention. In addition, ensuring that all the ceiling light bulbs are in working order. We were able to check in a little early because the house was ready, but an 11 am check out would have been better. Overall it was a very nice house and our group would rent it again.

Great Week

Tremendous views onto the sound. Very nice beach area right outside the back door that was great for the kids as well as for launching kayaks. Made extensive use of the dock for fishing and crabbing, both of which were quit successful during our stay. Comfortable living arrangements including nice beds. Wonderful hot tub on the rear deck along with a nice seating area that was used for meals and relaxing. Great area for walking/running. We were not able to make use of the on site fitness center or pool due to Covid but they both looked very nice. Parking at the house is somewhat limited but additional space is available in the common areas. Had a great week and would highly recommend
