Mt Washington Valley is renown for hiking in the White Mountains National Park, fly fishing, climbing, canoeing, mountain biking, swimming, golf, outdoor adventure parks, skiing and outlet shopping. Attractions within walking distance (3/4 mile) are Story Land .

The Chalet has 3 bedrooms on the lower level that sleep 6 total with three queen bedroomsThere is a full bath with shower on the lower level.

The upper level features a huge common living area and kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need, serving dishes, pans, baking goods, oils, spices, tea and coffee

South facing sliding doors open up to a 9'x20' deck next to a mountain brook.

At the entry level there is a half bath and laundry center

Amenities include Cable TV, and WIFI. All towels and linens provided.

Came up for 2 days to have a place to land before and after hiking the Presi. Had a fantastic stay, everything was very smooth, Bob very responsive, would stay again anytime!

Weekend getaway

Loved our stay at the Chalet. It was a perfect base camp for our Mt Washington hike. So nice to be within 15 minutes of Pinkham Notch so that we could arrive at the mountain early. The place had everything we needed. It was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck amongst the trees, eating some good food from the grill, after a hard days work. Would absolutely look to stay there again.

Comfortable cabin in quiet location. Well equipped kitchen and more TV stations than I knew what to do with. Convenient access to lots of local attractions. The owner was very accessible and answered all questions quickly.

Great location for visiting the North Conway area

The property met our needs for a long weekend visiting storyland and echo lake with two small kids. Very convenient to the local stores and restaurants. We enjoyed hanging out in the open concept living space and listening to the babbling brook at night. The property was clean and comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Bob!

Serenity in the Mountains

The home was nestled in the woods, quiet and peaceful. It was clean, as described! Had all the amenities we needed. Loved the gas stove! Bob,the owner, very easy to communicate with. Definitely will consider again for future vacation!

The chalet was perfect for a weekend hiking trip with my brother. Location was easy to get over to Crawford and Pinkham Notch. Very close to the the cute town of Jackson and a short drive to North Conway. House was very clean and nicely decorated. The upstairs was an open space for the kitchen and living space. The downstairs had 3 bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet…houses were not that far away, but it felt secluded with woods all around. There is a deck to relax on. Owners seemed easy to communicate with. I would certainly consider coming back here with my family of 4. It was a great setup and a happy cozy house.

Quiet mountain getaway indeed.

Property was exactly as described and a good fit for our family (2 adults and 2 children). Bob was communicative and provided all the necessary information for a seamless check-in experience. Property was clean and quiet. We vacation in NH quite a bit and had a great time. We even saw a bear in the neighborhood!

Beautiful chalet!

Property is perfect. In a quiet neighborhood, with a mountain brook rumbling behind. Open concept is perfect for family to hang out together, bedrooms downstairs perfect when separation is needed. Grill and full kitchen worked out perfectly for us so we could save money and social distance. Overall a great family rental!

Great place for families

Our family of 4 had a great long weekend stay at this secluded home. It was very clean, super cozy and still close to everything we needed! All you could hear and see was the water from the nearby stream which made for a relaxing experience. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions and was very accommodating to our requests. We have stayed at many places in NH but this home is now hands down our most favorite place. We are ready to plan for another stay here. Thank you again Bob!

Nice, quite place

We planned a last minute visit to the White Mountains for the 4th of July to see friends and found this place available. The home was clean and comfy and Bob was great a communicating what needed to be done. The location was very convenient for us as it is only about 30 minutes from Gorham, where are friends are, close to hikes for good weather, and 15 minutes from North Conway which has plenty of restaurants and rainy day activities. The house is in a pretty private area and it was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely rent again.

Great for family

Bob was a great host, who got my family in for a very last minute next day check in request. Our planned vaca got cancelled last minute and it was great to find such a nice place last minute. He was very helpful and fast to respond all around. The house was easy to find. Inside, the house is very open, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and grilling and then watching movies at night. It would definitely be a great home base for exploring the area. Rooms were comfortable- no complaints!
