Appartment needs maintenance and wifi

The location is perfect, but the apartment needs maintenance, love and wifi. Could also use a thorough cleaning. The WC on the ground floor does not work. The WC upstairs has a totally loose WC board. You have to figure out how to connect the TV in the living room to the electricity yourself using 2 extension cords across the floor past the door to the electrical outlet next to the sofa - the electrical outlet hangs out of the wall - probably because people have fallen into the cord. TV didn't work but then found out it was because there were no batteries in the remote. We had to buy batteries ourselves. We had to tighten the nut on the TV bracket so that the TV did not hang forward. The antenna socket for the TV in the bedroom cannot be plugged into the wall. Please note that there is no wifi. It is not listed under facilities. The service bureau stated that there had been wifi, but now it is not found because it did not work and the owner has not had it fixed. Instructions for wifi are still in the bedroom. We contacted the owner about the conditions. WCs were not fixed during the stay. All she did was to confirm that there should be no wifi

Excellentes vacances en famille, c'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement, il coche toutes les cases de nos demandes. Nous envisageons d'y retourner l'année prochaine. Camilia est très à l'écoute et réactive en cas de petits soucis.

séjour en aout 2024

de belles vacances à la mer. Situation de l'appartement parfait, accès a pied pour tous, parking payant mais toujours des places et coute seulement 24€ pour 7 jours le forfait. immeuble propre, ascenseur, calme jour et nuit et avec une belle piscine. Belle vue sur le port et mer depuis le balcon. appartement spacieux pour 6, avec étage, les 3 chambres sont en haut. nous avons passer un beau séjour mais des points négatif a préciser, il a fait très chaud pendant nos 10 jours, la bas et la clim est insuffisante! il m'avais été préciser clim dans le salon et dans toutes les chambres (c'est pour cela que j'ai de suite réserver) hors il n'y a que un boitier en bas qui est faible! et boitier extérieur rejette l'air chaud sur le balcon donc il n'est pas possible de rester dehors et d'utiliser le balcon quand la clim est allumer! quand à l'étage il s'agit juste de petite grille d'aération qui émet un peu d'air frais mais ce n'est pas de la climatisation.... il a fait très très chaud à l'étage! désagréable la nuit! car impossible d'aérer! et pas de volet! + salle de bain a l'étage à revoir car impossible de ce mettre debout! plafond juste au déçu. si vous mesurer plus de 1M60 c'est pas possible, et la fenêtre impossible d'ouvrir car elle est dans la baignoire! internet wifi et télé top cuisine chaud car la clim n'y arrive pas, + congélo et frigo qui émet beaucoup de chaleur! ne refroidi pas et est trop petit. mer a pied mais sale! Golfe juan est a faire ....

C'était agréable d'entendre que vous pensiez que l'emplacement était bon et que vous aviez aimé la piscine. Je suis également heureux que vous ayez sous-estimé le WiFi, qui n'était pas disponible lors de votre réservation et qui est désormais devenu un bonus supplémentaire. Il est cependant dommage que vous ne nous ayez pas contactés pendant votre séjour concernant la climatisation, car celle-ci est également disponible pour les chambres à l'étage. Maintenant, nous ne pouvons rien y faire, mais nous aurions pu résoudre ce problème lorsque vous étiez là-bas, je suppose que vous n'avez pas effectué les bons réglages. Le manuel d’utilisation du climatiseur doit être présent et accessible à lire. A savoir, il y a une console à installer à l'étage et une dans chaque chambre qui repose sur les tables de chevet. Je suis désolé que vous nous ayez contacté afin que nous puissions résoudre ce problème et que vous ayez alors passé un séjour encore meilleur.

Fijne vakantie met helaas wat minpuntjes

We hebben zoals altijd weer genoten in ons geliefde Golfe Juan, waar we al 40 jaar komen. Het is een mooi appartement wat in een prachtig gebouw ligt naast de haven en de zee. Alles op loopafstand. Perfecte locatie. Het appartement heeft voor-en nadelen. Voordelen; een geweldig groot balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Ligging is fijn omdat het in de middag in de schaduw ligt. Het appartement is groot en alle spullen zijn aanwezig. Fijne wasmachine, TV met Netflix en andere zenders, goede wifi. Airco is voldoende. In de avond deed hij het boven minder. Was ‘s nachts erg warm. Nadelen; bij aankomst was het appartement niet of erg slecht schoongemaakt. Erg jammer, we hebben het zelf schoongemaakt want dat is niet prettig verblijven. Wel een oplossing voor gevonden. Netjes geregeld. De communicatie verliep prima. Het is een mooi appartement maar is enigsinds gedateerd. Het achterstallig onderhoud is erg jammer. Men moet rekening houden dat je niet in het bad kan douchen, omdat je niet kan staan ivm een schuin dak. WC boven is erg handig alleen de bril is kapot. De middelste slaapkamer heeft een dakraam alleen we durfde het gordijn niet dicht te doen hing er half uit. Gevolg dat het erg warm werd. Als er meer liefde en aandacht voor zou zijn is het een prachtig appartement. We zouden dan zo weer terug komen. Carolien Fred en Noa

Hallo Het was triest dat je niet hebt opgemerkt en opgelet toen je boekte dat ik geen wifi in mijn advertentie heb. Als ik wifi had, zou het als een voorziening in mijn advertentie zijn opgenomen. Ik zal in de toekomst updaten met wifi, maar op dit moment, zoals ik al zei, heb ik het niet en daarom heb ik geprobeerd dit in mijn advertentie over te brengen. Ik hoop dat je over het algemeen een goede tijd hebt met de nabijheid van de zee, restaurants en service.

Weekend en famille

Appartement très bien situé. Il permet de poser la voiture et de pouvoir tout faire à pied (course, plage, bateau, restaurants,...) La climatisation est très appréciée pendant les fortes chaleurs.

Fijn appartement!

Ruim appartement met een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon dat al in de loop van de ochtend in de schaduw ligt, zeker fijn in hete zomermaanden. Fijn zandstrand op loopafstand evenals de gezellige boulevard met haven. Zwembad bij appartementencomplex was ook prettig en keurig onderhouden.
