I have just recently remodeled this home; therefore, the new pictures are not ready yet. However, I have the correct number and size of beds, bathrooms, and living spaces described correctly.

Spruce Drive SW is just a short drive from Downtown Knoxville, UT Campus, Topside Road, McGee Tyson Airport, Cumberland Avenue, or the Convention Center.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION ______________________________________
Get that much needed sleep with the privacy of your own bedroom along with ALL the comforts of home. 1st bedroom - King bed; 2nd bedroom - Bunk bed - (2) Queen Bed on bottom and (2) Single Bed up top; 3rd bedroom - King Bed. The Living Room has Queen single sofa bed. Sleeps 12.

The kitchen has a full-size stove, refrigerator with all the kitchen utensils for cooking present in the cabinets. If you find that you need something more in the kitchen, be certain to ask me, as I keep all kinds of ‘kitchen things’ available for guests convenience. WIFI is always included. Smart TV's in all rooms.

Bedrooms are fully furnished with dressers and a full size closet. Bathrooms are step-in showers, spacious and private. The gathering room is furnished with a couch, chair, dining table, and TV.

We came to visit family and we enjoyed our stay in Sheila's home. The house is part of a duplex building, but we never heard another person during our stay. This is a great value for the low price.

Great for a family passing through

This was priced about what a hotel room would cost. For a family of five to have three bedrooms, a modest living room and kitchen was far superior to a hotel room. Would certainly use for this purpose again.

Very pleased with our stay. It was very clean and welcoming. The only complaint I have is the beds are not very comfortable and very squeaky also the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work but we compromised and just got ready in the living room since there was mirrors in there. I would definitely stay again for the price. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great place for families!

The property was as described. Lots of sleeping space available. The beds were comfortable. The bunk beds were metal frames so there was some squeaking when rolling over but certainly not unbearable. The house was clean and the necessary equipment was there for family living. One thing to know is the driveway is steep so be prepared. The host was easy to contact and she was very helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this property.

Clean and comfortable property near UTK/downtown Knoxville - but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Pretty quick response to a small problem by the owner and a VERY friendly maintenance man. Great communication leading up to our visit. We have severe pet allergies and there was no trace of pet dander in this house - which was GREAT. Definitely recommend.

Always a great stay!

Having stayed here now on 4-5 separate occasions, this has become our home away from home. The house is warm, inviting, clean and simply ‘just right’. Sheila is amazing and gracious; she responds almost instantaneously. The house is stocked with all the essentials of the average home. There’s never disruptive noises from neighbors and the occasional train reminds us thankfully that we can still hear😄. Our family simply loves this place and although we’ve never met Sheila face to face, it feels like we have. If you’re ever in the Knoxville area and need a comfortable, happy place, do check these houses out (just as long as its free when we’re there🤣🤣). Jackie
