Casa con stanze da letto senza finestre....molto mal tenuta

Sono stata una settimana in una casa definita dal vostro sito "Seccagrande ribera attico sul mare con venduta panoramica" La casa si trovava a primo piano e non era un attico. L'appartamento è un solo vano diviso in due camere da letto senza finestra e un soggiorno cucina con un divano letto per la 5 persona ricoperto da un telo perchè vecchio. Vorrei ricordare che uno dei riferimenti sulla normativa legata alle camere da letto senza finestra proviene dal D.M. 5 luglio 1975, che si concentra sui requisiti igienici e sanitari delle abitazioni. All’articolo 2 del decreto, in particolare, si legge che le seguenti aree della casa devono essere provviste di finestra apribile: • Stanze da letto; • Soggiorno; • Cucina. Lavatrice che si è rotto il primo giorno di arrivo.Bagno senza mensole dove collocare il sapone perchè non vi erano le mensolette che si erano rotte chissà quando. Bidet rotto che è dovuto venire l'operaio che far funzionare il tappo. Nessun tavolo per mangiare con la vista sul mare ma solo un tavolino tra le poltroncine. Per arrivare alla casa una salita ripida tutto senza asfalto e nessuna possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina all' interno della proprietà. Sconsisgliatissima

per prima cosa dobbiamo dire che la signora appena è arrivata a cominciato ad urlare ad altissima voce ,voleva il posteggio a qualsiasi costo, il vicino subito ha capito la situazione e si è offerto di togliere la sua macchina per fare accomodare la signora nel mentre che si era accomodata nel giardino tutto di colpo non trovava la borsa e non so cosa le frullava per la testa ma poi la trovata nella macchina . la lavatrice funziona ma vibrava, e gliela abbiamo cambiata , per il latte ha voluto un pentolino piccolo piccolo , e glielo abbiamo comprato il tappino del bidè non si alzava e glielo abbiamo cambiato, la casa climatizzata , come vani ci sono due camere matrimoniali senza finestre, come dice la signora , ma due ampi lucernai, per stanza , un bel bagno grande , ripostiglio, e soggiorno con cucina tutto nuovo , la strada un pò dissestata perchè avevano fatto dei lavori quelli dell ,enel, l,abbiamo accontentata in tutti i modi , all esterno ampia veranda potevano fare quello che volevano ,purtroppo sempre arrabbiata , a voce alta , le foto della casa sono attuali chiunque può vedere e giudicare , le altre recensioni parlano da soli in merito alla signora ne la consiglio e neanche la sconsiglio fate voi

Stupenda vacanza a Seccagrande

Consiglio questo appartamento per pulizia, dimensioni (adatto per famiglie di 4 o 5 persone) e posizione. La descrizione si attiene alla realtà. Da qui oltre alla spiaggia in ciottoli poco frequentata e con un mare dalle acque limpidissime si possono raggiungere in meno di un' ora in auto calette suggestive. I proprietari sono persone cordiali, non invadenti e sempre molto disponibili.

Calme, bien situé pour la visite du sud-ouest sicilien avec vue sur la mer.

Conforme aux descriptions du site, nous avons apprécié le calme de l'avant saison. Bon accueil à notre arrivée. Plus d'indications dans une "via Marco Polo" pentue serait les bienvenues.

Great area, great apartment

The apartment is exactly like presented in pictures, very clean and neat. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary, the bathroom also had even a washing machine and hair dryer, also impeccable. We had to our disposal an iron and table for it, mopp, broom, chairs for balcony etc. Bedrooms were really clean and beds were comfortable. The whole garden and terraces were really nice and well designed. The sea was meters away from house, making the expresso drinking in the morning on that balcony the best habit. The host was kind and helpful with all information we asked and more.

bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare

Io, mio marito e mio figlio abbiamo soggiornato 8 giorni in questa casa meravigliosa sul mare di Seccagrande tra Agrigento e Sciacca. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, è la prima volta che troviamo un appartamento così ben attrezzato e arredato con cura e gusto con una vista stupenda. i proprietari gentili e cordiali che ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e discrezione e al quale mandiamo i nostri più cari saluti. Casa da consigliare vivamente per un soggiorno gradevole nella bellissima Sicilia.

bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare

Bellissimo appartamento tutto nuovo a due passi dal mare,abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana a Seccagrande appartamento tutto pulitissimo bene arieggiato di fronte al mare con una bellissima doccia esterna,la sera quando rimanevamo a casa,passavamo tutto il tempo fuori nella veranda facendo delle ottime grigliate nei dintorni tanti posti da visitare e bellissime spiagge. i proprietari cordiali e gentili sempre presenti e mai invadenti vacanza perfetta Valeria r.

splendida vacanza

splendido appartamento, tutto nuovo,vista mare a 30 metri dalla spiaggia, già seduti nel soggiorno sempre sul mare ampie stanze, bellissimo bagno tutto funzionale bellissima veranda con gazebo dove abbiamo trascorso molto tempo sia per mangiare che per rilassarsi. Nei dintorni, abbiamo visitato molti bei posti. Poi la sera animatissimo passeggio sul lungomare. PROPRIETARI gentilissimi e cordiali. Vacanza da rifare Genny S.

Appartamento bellissimo a due passi dal mare

Appartamento a due passi dal mare con bellissimo terrazzo attrezzato dove poter cenare o trascorrere la serata gustandosi una granita; pulitissimo e fornito di tutto quello che può servire (forno, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, comodissima doccia esterna).Temevo scarseggiasse l'acqua invece non c'è stato alcun problema in questo senso.I proprietari sono gentilissimi, presenti con la massima discrezione sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni necessità.
