La villa si trova a circa 4 km dalle spiagge di sabbia finissima e dorata di Francavilla al mare a 5 km dall'aeroporto di Pescara e dal suo centro e a 7 km da Chieti. All'arrivo sarete accolti da me e dalla mia famiglia al fresco del adiacente al giardino e attrezzato di barbecue, tavolo e sedie. La villa e 'circondata da un giardino curato, dotato di panchine e amache a totale disposizione.
È composto da un ingresso, una cucina attrezzata open space, un soggiorno con divano, tavolo e tv, 3 camere e 1 bagno con vasca idromassaggio per 2 persone e un altro bagno con 1 doccia. Dotata di tutti i comfort, la villa è per 7 persone. A disposizione dei clienti, abbiamo tutto il necessario per accogliere i bambini, seggiolino pappa, fasciatoio, lettino, culla!

Inoltre, sarà un piacere per noi, farvi trovare il necessario per la colazione per il primo giorno di soggiorno.

Villa Laura

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida casa la prima settimana di settembre in compagnia di amici . Siamo stati accolti da Erica e Fabrizio simpaticissimi ragazzi. Ci hanno mostrato la casa PULITISSIMA!!!! Molto ben organizzata . Siamo stati talmente bene che non abbiamo avuto la necessità di recarci in spiaggia al mare che era distante solo pochi chilometri. Erica e Fabrizio si sono sempre prodigati a darci informazioni sui luoghi da visitare , dove appoggiarsi per la spesa, vari ristoranti. Abbiamo trovato cio' che cercavamo per la nostra vacanza. Un grazie ancora ad Erica e Fabrizio.......

Perfect location & perfect hosts = perfect holiday!

We have been at Villa Laura with the family, 2 adults & 3 kids (5, 7 & 12). If you see the pictures in the internet, Villa Laura looks great. If you are there, it is even better. In fact, over the Winter months, the owner family is living in the house by themselves, and you can feel and see it allover. The garden is great for playing football with the kids, the outside kitchen has besides a big charcoal grille a gas oven, fridge and everything else you need - of course there's a complete and big kitchen inside as well. Having air condition in each room makes it easy during the hot sommer. One if the best part is the pool area, which is a level lower then the house/garden, accessible through some stairs. All is new and in good operation - not like many other abused houses you might find in the internet. Erica and her family are always available, before the stay and also during the stay. Very friendly and so supportive. They "bombarded" us with a lot of good tipps for restaurants and places to visit, which made our stay perfect :-) Driving about 8 minutes down the hill, and you are in Francavilla with the lovely beach and, supermarket, restaurants etc. What we liked: About 90& of all tourists have been Italians, so it felt kind of original and not like a touristic area. All in all, there is nothing you can do wrong by booking this package (Villa Laura & Erica's family as a host). 101 out of 100 points :-D I am sure we wil be there again...

Una settimana da sogno

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Villa Laura e ci dispiace solo di non essere rimasti almeno una settimana in più. La Villa è molto ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno. Beneficia di un giardino, una cucina esterna attrezzata, un grande barbecue di qualità, un'ampia terrazza ombreg-giata, amache e molti giochi per bambini. Questa proprietà molto favorevole al relax. Accanto alla piscina avevamo una vista della Majella, e dall'altro lato della proprietà avevamo una vista della bella addormentata del Gran Sasso. La struttura, molto spaziosa, dispone di tutte le attrezzature utili per il vostro sog-giorno. I proprietari erano sempre preoccupati che non ci mancasse nulla e attenti che aves-simo una vacanza fantastica. La regione offre un'incredibile diversità. Abbiamo visi-tato le Isole Tremiti, le montagne, la campagna ma anche il mare e il centro città che sono molto vicini. Abbiamo passato giorni e serate davvero fantastiche. Consiglio que-sto posto senza esitazione. Nous avons passé une semaine à la villa Laura et nous avons un seul regret, c'est de ne pas êtres resté au moins une semaine de plus. La propriété est très bien entretenue aussi bien à l’intérieur qu'à l’extérieur. Elle bénéficie d’un jardin arboré, d’une cuisine équipée extérieur, un grand Barbecue de qualité, une grande terrasse ombragée, des hamacs, et de nombreux jeux pour enfants. Cette propriété très favorable à la détente. A côté de la piscine nous avions une vue sur la Majella, et de l'autre côté de la propriété nous avions une vue sur la belle endormie du Gran Sasso. Quant à la maison, elle est très spacieuse, dispose de tout le matériel utile pour votre séjour. Les propriétaires étaient toujours soucieux que l'on ne manque de rien et attentif que l'on passe de belles vacances. La région vous offre une diversitéé incroyable. Nous avons visité les îles Tremiti, la montagne, la campagne ainsi que la Mer et le centre-ville à proximité. Nous avons passé des journées et des soirées vraiment fantastiques. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitations.
