About this property

Duplex with fantastic terraces on both floors of Mediterranean style in an Ibiza-style urbanization. With pool
First floor with a room with two beds in suite with bathroom and dresses, open kitchen to the living room which leads to a wonderful terrace from which you get incredible views.
One of the sofas is a double bed.
On the ground floor we find another two bedrooms, one of them with 4 beds in two bunk beds and the other with a double bed, as well as the hall, the second bathroom with the toilet and bidet area, and the second terrace with direct access to the garden .

Semaine à Minorque

Très bel emplacement, logement très beau.Nous y sommes allés fin avril la saison n'avait pas vraiment débuté à Minorque, du coup très calme mais aucun commerce de proximité... Le seul "problème " que nous avons eu et que j'ai signalé à la propriétaire est l'absence de couvertures pour tous. Nous avons eu froid pour dormir.

O apartamento é localizado no aldeamento Son Parc, fora das zonas mais movimentadas, mas com excelentes condições e proximidade ao areal de Son Saura, um praia fantástica. A varanda do apartamento tem uma vista única, e o apartamento tem acesso direto à Piscina. A informação do apartamento corresponde exatamente ao descrito. Foi uma semana perfeita que iremos repetir. A "host" Maria foi impecável, de uma simpatia, disponibilidade e amabilidade únicas. Foi tudo perfeito.

touristenabfertigung, hat aber alles was man braucht, um glücklich zu sein. nur nervig, dass der Pool die ganze Nacht läuft, ohne dass man ihn nachts benutzen darf.

Perfect spot by the sea and with a pool

We stayed here for a week in August. It's a lovely complex with beautifully kept gardens and pool. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and really never busy. Deep enough to do some diving and always kept very clean. The accommodation is over two floors and includes both the terrace and the balcony you can see in the pictures. We hadn't really appreciated this before we went so it was a nice surprise. The views from the property are across the sea and the beach is a five minute walk. It is a beautiful beach never too crowded with a couple of beach bars to choose from. The supermarket is just over the road in the Beach Playa Club complex. This is a great spot to explore the island from - but if you are looking for nightlife then Son Parc is probably not for you. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance but they are not great. My husband and son played a round of golf at the adjacent golf course and also went to the driving range. The staff at the golf club were very friendly and welcoming. We have been to Menorca a few times before and love getting to know this island. We have teenage children (16 and 19) and this apartment worked well for us. The two bedrooms on the ground floor stay much cooler. There is plenty of storage space. The kitchen is pretty standard for what you get with these type of apartments but all perfectly clean and loads of crockery/dishes etc. The only thing it didn't have was a kettle! Maria was very easy to contact and deal with and there is a housekeeper who is contactable should you need him. They were very accommodating in allowing us earlier access to the property as it was vacant.
