The flat is right in the middle of the central Cannes area called "Banane" buzzing with actions, with bustling night life on your door steps, and 50m from the main shopping street Rue d'Antibes. Cannes is a sophisticated and chic place in the summer and out of season. Night walk along La Croisette is one of the life true pleasures.

The flat is a large classic French style apartment in a beautiful building, bright and airy, high ceilings, right in the centre of Cannes, short walk to everything. Palais des Festivals et des Congres for the Film Festival and congresses is only 600m away. Croisette, beach, railway and busses all less than 10min walk. Local Provençal food market on your doorsteps.

You have the entire flat in your disposal - 2 bedrooms, sitting room, separate kitchen and shower room. There is a double bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom plus there is a baby cot in the walk-in wardrobe at your disposal. Quiet and efficient Daikin aircon AC in every room.

Hidden gem and shopper's delight

What a lovely suite in the perfect location--all the shopping you could want, minutes to La Croissette, and surrounded by delicious and convenient food options. This was a spacious and clean home base for our visit to Cannes. The host is wonderful and communication as well as recommendations were stellar!

Excellent experience

We stayed two weeks in the apartment and we were very satisfied. The location is great. The apartment is spacious. We were two adults and two children and it worked perfectly well. Shops, restaurants, beach - everything is in a walking distance. Kirill Pyshkin was very responsive and helpful with advice and help. Thank you!

Busy Cannes

The property was rather more sparsely decorated than the pictures, and could do with a refresh. The location is very convenient, but the downside of the central area is that it is busy, with loud traffic (motorbikes and cars), noisy restaurants, and night time revellers well into the wee hours. The apartment is not sound insulated so the noise is very disturbing - you think you left the window open. If you want to sleep - bring earplugs!

Wonderful apartment in an ideal, central location

What can I say about this place? Centrally located, minutes away from all the key sites in Cannes, great shops and restauarants a stones throw away.... Definitely will return next year. The owner's representative was courteous, punctual and full of advice on great, local finds. I have no reason not to return to Cannes and stay at this ideal apartment again. Very rarely do I commit to the same place year on year, but on this occasion I'll easily make the exception.

Fantastic apartment and location for Cannes mini break

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment. The location was superb, part of a beautiful traditional apartment building and looking out on a traditional French mansion house, with great little atmospheric restaurants really close by, and the main shopping strip and sea front also only a short stroll away. There was a handy well-stocked supermarket just across along the street as well. The apartment itself was really spacious and clean with high ceilings. It was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. Cannes itself was enchanting and this apartment was the perfect base to experience all that Cannes has to offer. I hope to revisit again soon.

Brilliant location, lovely apartment. I would love to stay here again!

I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Cannes, with friends or family! I stayed here for three days in November with friends. The apartment is in a brilliant location a short walk from the beach (Palais des Festivals, La Croisette), the railway station and the rue d’Antibes. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés on the doorstep, a bakery and a small supermarket close by and it is an easy stroll along the seafront to the marina or the old town. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a separate kitchen and it is well equipped for a short or longer stay including wifi. I would love to come back to Cannes and I would certainly book this apartment again with friends or with my young kids in tow.

Un séjour parfait !

Un séjour parfait, (aout 2016). L'appartement est idéalement situé, tout confort, aucune mauvaise surprise en arrivant. Tout correspond aux photos et explications. Situation idéale pour découvrir Cannes à pieds. Bonne situation entre la rue d'Antibes -commerçante et vivante- supermarchés, et la Croisette... Nous étions avec un bébé de 3 ans, avant la réservation on a beaucoup hésité, mais finalement on a fait le bon choix. La possibilité de louer un parking couvert dans un immeuble voisin (moins de 50 mètres) est un véritable plus. Kirill et Nicolas sont extra sympa et prompt à vous aider, orienter et trouver une réponse à vos questions. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Very stylish apartment in central Cannes

I stayed with my family in this very stylish apartment in the centre of Cannes. It was bright and airy and very tidy. Although there are only two bedrooms, the five of us fitted quite easily; there was a double bed in one bedroom and two singles in the other plus a fold up single. The kitchen had a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and for that important morning jolt of caffeine, a Nespresso machine. There was also a large TV and Wifi. After a day at the beach, it was nice to stick on a film on NetFlix for the kids to wind down. The location was great for both getting to the beach, shops and nightlife. There was a fresh food market nearby so cooked and ate in on a few evenings and on others went to the restaurants. We went to some nice places on rue Meynadier, which were quite reasonable. Cannes is lovely place to be and not just for all the film festival. We were lucky to catch the fireworks festival that happens over the summer which was amazing. We didn't bother with the private beaches as the public ones are fine; we went mainly the beach just behind the festival hall. We also had an enjoyable day trip to the island St Marguerite. Definitely recommend it although we still don't know who the man in the iron mask was! Overall, a great holiday and would definitely recommend this place to stay

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Kirill war großartig. Die Strandnähe der Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Der Kontakt mit Krill war sehr angenehm, er antwortete immer schnell und war sehr hilfsbereit. In der Nähe gibt es sehr viele Restaurants, außerdem einen Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Cannes reisen, werde diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für einen perfekten Urlaub.

Fantastic Place right in the center of Cannes!

I was in Cannes together with two colleagues for business combined with a weekend of pleasure, and we couldn't have made a better choice than this apartment. Location is top, close to everything, a short walk from the central station, right by the main shopping street with all the restaurants too, and a few steps away from the Festival Palace and the beach. We enjoyed a flat screen, fast internet and all the comfort of a real home, and the host was very pleasant and accommodating. Kitchen fully equipped, fresh coffee (Nespresso) in the morning, and French pastry from the bakery around the corner. Really enjoyed the French look, tall ceilings, bright rooms with big windows and the entire atmosphere. Had breakfast at home each morning just because it was more pleasant than going anywhere else. However, there are many wonderful restaurants and bars around for dinner and drinks. We had enough room for three, but I would definitely recommend this place for a larger crowd as well. Really the perfect spot to enjoy Cannes for pleasure, and the most convenient place to visit Cannes for work. Would highly recommend it, Kirill is an incredible host.

Mycket trevlig lägenhet mitt i Cannes!

Bodde långhelg i denna trevliga lägenhet mitt i Cannes centrum. Den ligger parallellt med huvudgatan och man har nära till allt (inklusive en mat-marknad med fräsch frukt m.m)! Det var fräscht, högt i tak, riktigt "fransk känsla", och våningen har 2 rejäla sovrum, stort vardagsrum (med ny stor flat-TV), kök och badrum. Trevlig ägare och allt fungerade smärtfritt. Det bjöds till och med på Nespresso-kaffe! :) Rekommenderas varmt!

Cannes visit for pleasure

Stayed in this lovely property for 6 days during my vacation in Cannes. Perfect location, right by the main street with shopping and restaurants, a few steps from the beach and Palais des Festivales. Was able to find parking every night right outside. The appartment is clean, bright and spacious, with a beautiful french balcony. Kitchen fully equipped and a grocery store and fresh fruit market right next door. Even got free Nespresso capsules! Excellent host, all-around positive experience. Would definately return and highly recommend it!

Great apartment in Cannes, very convenient if you want to be close to the Palais

We stayed at Kirill's apartment for MIPTV April 2016 and it is a really good apartment and quite close to Rue d'Antibe and the Palais. What I really liked is that the apartment is very light - there is enough space between the windows of the apaptment and the buidlings accross. Everything is quite new and the kitchen is perfectly equipped up to the detergent for the washing machine :) which you do not have to buy, because it is already there. And Kirill is a great host, since at some point when we had a short circuit he called all the way from London to help us get it back. Will definitely recommend the appartment to anyone who is on his way to Cannes be it for business or leisure.

Great flat right in the centre

I stayed in the flat for a congress with another colleague. The flat was perfect for this purpose - very short walk to the Palais des Festival. We came by train, and the flat was less than 10min walk. Kirill's local rep met us in the flat with the keys. His English is a bit rusty but he was very pretty clear and he showed us how everything works. We actually preferred to communicate directly with Kirill, who was always available texting us helpful suggestion from London! The description is exactly accurate, flat was very clean, with high quality beds, especially the singles in the the bedroom where I slept. All high quality equipment, i have to admit we were lazy one night and just enjoyed a DVD on a large TV in the sitting room, felt almost like home. Sitting room has a comfy sofa and a large dining table so we had a few nice dinners, especially as the supermarket is right outside. Shower is fine, good temperature and pressure. I like my coffee so I particularly enjoyed a choice of Nespresso capsules and tried a several flavours. Normally, we'd get croissants in the bakery on the square with local food market although the ones by the station were tastier (must have been more butter)! Kitchen has plates, knives, glasses even Champagne ones. However, most of the days we went out and very much liked the restaurant La Cave right around the corner, and a pizzeria within few steps on the same street. Great flat, thank you very much Kirill

I love this flat. I think it reflects the character of the place set in grand building in a traditional French Haussmann style with high ceilings, big windows, very airy and bright. Coll in the summer with quiet and efficient air-conditioning in every room.

You are right in the centre of Cannes, can't get a better location really with restaurants, shopping, local market, beach, stations, festivals - all within an easy walk.
