Charming Southampton cottage by the sea

A charming 2-bedroom cottage with an outdoor shower, central air, amazing light and a bike ride away to the bay beach. Beautiful hydrangeas speckle the property providing a serene getaway throughout the summer season.


Beautiful light and simply decorated. Featured in Country Living Magazine .Two bedrooms and a lofted second floor. Facing the backyard there is a screened in porch for warm summer nights. Centrally aired and in turn key condition.

Bikes in the garage for a short 1 mile ride to Towd Point.Canoe for paddle early am. Washer/dryer and towels/sheets provided or you can bring your own.
Cable ready flat screen TV. Full kitchen with dishwasher and Weber grill on the outside porch.

Anytime you need anything you can call my cell phone and I will respond as soon as possible.

Quiet and close to a beautiful bay beach. Close to Sag Harbor as well as Southampton Village.
If you have a canoe you can leave it at the marina and paddle out onto the beautiful Peconic Bay.

A bike ride away from the bay and a short car ride away from Sag Harbor and Southampton ocean beaches.

I will leave it immaculate please do the same. Please keep all windows closed if rain is coming. Make sure all doors are locked front and back and garage Three separate keys/1 front door/1 back/1 garage. Make sure barn doors are locked in garage. Orange key for front door/green key for back door and silver key for garage All work fine. and the screen porch is latched when you leave.Make sure all stove and gas grill is off and all water is shut off. Coming off the beach take outdoor shower off the deck or wash your feet with hose inside the outdoor shower. I suggest always do that and take off your shoes before you enter keeps the home much cleaner. There are brooms and Vacume in the bathroom closet if needed. If you use the dryer make sure you clean the lint out. There are out side lights front door switch on right inside house Garage light on right wall and you are inside Light in dining area for outside porch area and deck.
