Charming family friendly beach cottage with large pool. Walking distance to Village of Southampton’s fine dining and stores. Close to beach and Gin Lane. Beautiful landscape garden, large deep granite pool, jacuzzi, outdoor patio and outdoor shower. Deposit for pool heating is required upon booking. Any unused amount will be returned after checkout. Full kitchen with dishwasher and Weber grill on patio. 3 Bikes, a road cruiser, and washer/dryer. Towels/sheets provided. Beach chairs available.

Great location & amazing garden/pool

This house is very well located within walking distance to everything. The house itself is very cute and we loved the outdoor space and large pool. Perfect for sporty kids!
