This luxury villa, built summer 2017, offers perhaps the finest view of the English Harbour and the historic Nelson's Dockyard, a Unesco World Heritage site. Contemporary, well designed and offering all home comforts, Villa Teegs, provides an excellent location within walking distance of the vibrant facilities of English Harbour, including bars, restaurants, shops, museums and sailing clubs. Amazing Caribbean beaches at Galleon Bay and Pigeon Beach are close by.

Guests love the spectacular views, losing hours watching harbour life from the deck whilst enjoying a holiday with those they love and the benefit all home comforts.

It is arranged over two floors with all four bedrooms enjoying superb sea views from which to watch the bustling marine activity in this world renowned harbour. The grand central staircase opens to a stunning great room and kitchen with panoramic sliding doors opening to the covered outdoor seating/dining large sun deck and infinity edge pool. The house has fibre broadband connectivity and USB chargers in all rooms.

All bedrooms have views over the harbour and are air-conditioned with two arranged as independent suites offering en-suite bathrooms and separate dressing rooms. The remaining two bedrooms share a generously sized bathroom. All fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with double ovens, microwave and induction hob. Two fridges and a wine cooler will keep you refreshed whilst entertaining or maybe preparing a feast on the outdoor grill. A separate laundry room with washing machine and drier plus outdoor drying area keeps the main room ready to host guests at any time!

The spectacular hillside location does result in a number of steps externally and as a consequence the villa is not suited to persons with mobility problems or those with young children under 12.

Please note that although the villa has four generous bedrooms, guest numbers are restricted to 6 to provide more space and choice of bedrooms.

The Antiguan government now require tourism tax of US $5 per person per night to be paid for all guests over 6 years of age which will be added manually to the total cost of stay.
