Hello, i would like to get my money back. The adress on fewo tells me, that the house îs in Genoa and the real adress is in conversano. Please give me my money back, because on the 18 may i arrived to the Genoa at 22 o clock and the real adress was 9 hours Away from Genoa

Hi Sorina, I'm sorry to have to disagree with your request and I think your refund request is unfair and specious because it was your travel agency that made the mistake of booking. In fact, both your agency and you should have paid attention before confirming your reservation. We also want to remind you that at the time of your booking we sent you a template that said "Welcome to Conversano". Clearer than that !?!
