Home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, open kitchen, living room on main level, den located downstairs, large screened in porch, use of covered boat slip at assigned community dock. Sleeps 8-10. Big water views abound from this home. The main floor has a master bedroom and bath with a king bed. The upstairs has two bedrooms with private baths. One of those has two queen beds. The other one has one queen bed. The basement has a queen size air mattress.Close to Tims Ford Lake Marina and Tims Ford State Park and Bear Trace Golf Course. Enjoy the good life at Fanning Bend!
