About this property

Large villa with pool and garden to enjoy with family and friends

Villa located in the south of Mallorca and brand new construction with a large garden Mallorcan style. The construction is of rustic style, but the furniture is modern with straight lines giving a fresh and colonial air.
The farm is composed of 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 large living room, very bright and well equipped kitchen. One bedroom is separate with an en suite bathroom / jacuzzi and dressing room, with its own terrace, this bedroom is located on the first floor.
The property has a large porch Mallorcan style, with its corresponding terrace furniture. In front of the porch are the pool and wooden deck, the pool has a circular area for children with less depth. In the garden we found a sandy playground for the children of the family and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal.

Amazing Spanish Getaway!

The house was perfect for a group of friends on holiday. The pool was perfect and refreshing. There were also enough beds, seats, and kitchenware for us all. The winery next door was an added bonus. The boat is kind and responsive. Definitely recommend for your next friend group holiday!

Great villa and very nice hosts

The villa is very clean and spatious for a group it’s perfect. The house has several activities (pool, volley, ping pong, billard…) Toni and Antonia were nice and it’s easy to communicate with. I 100% recommend.

Brilliant villa for a large groups

We had a wonderful stay at Es Figueral in June / July 2015. It is perfect for large groups and families. The interior of the house was decorated to a high standard, with a contemporary feel. The outside area was perfect with a lovely pool and play areas ideal for children. The villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need on holiday including a extensively equipped kitchen. The owner and management team were welcoming and extremely helpful and would answer any issues we had promptly and efficiently. The only reason we have not given five stars is that air conditioning broke down during the latter part of our stay; which was unfotunate. However the owner absolutely went of his way to try to fix the problem and in the end it was all working again. We would definitely stay here again.

eigentlich schöne Finca

Finca ist eigentlich sehr schön und groß aber mit Mängel welche nicht behoben wurden: Aussenbeleuchtung funktionierte nicht über die ganze Mietzeit, trotz Meldung am 1. Tag kam niemand vorbei um dies zu beheben, Pool gehört mal renoviert, keine Möglichkeit das Wasser abends von Dreck, Blätter zu reinigen, ( kein Kescher vorhanden) nach 4 Tagen wurde das Wasser trüb und grün, trotz Meldung wurde erst bei Abreise dagegen etwas getan, somit war der Pool 3 Tage nicht nutzbar, Düsen „blubbern“ den ganzen Tag relativ laut. Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich sollten wir nicht nutzen, aber die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern funktionierten alle. Grillplatz war vom Vormieter noch verschmutzt und mit verbrannter Kohle, Verständigung mit Vermieter nur über Whatsapp und dann in spanisch nur bedingt Englisch. Bei Anreise keinerlei Einführung in die Finca, Entsorgung vom Müll mussten wir selbst machen und Müll wegfahren (ca. 6 KM entfernt) ; Waschmaschine ist sehr sehr laut und gehört getauscht. Kühlschrank kühlte erst nach 2 Tagen richtig. Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr schwer und es wird nichts gleich erledigt, bei Abreise kam der Gärtner morgens um 8 Uhr und mähten Rasen etc. das war sehr laut, ( sehr ärgerlich) sodass wir pünktlich um 9.30 die Finca verlassen und übergeben haben. Übergabe war aber einfach und schnell . Insgesamt eigentlich eine schöne Finca, aber schlechte Kommunikation ( Whatsapp) kein Rückruf,Mängelbehebung war mangelhaft, somit für uns nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert, hauptsächlich weil Mängel nicht behoben wurden und bei Ankunft nicht erklärt wurde wohin mit dem Abfall.

Die Erwartungen wurden zu 200% erfüllt. Fantastische Finca auf erhöhtem Terrain mit Blick auf Campos. Sehr schöner und gepflegter Garten. Innenausstattung perfekt. Sehr schöner Pool. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und symphatisch, es hat alles geklappt wie abgemacht. Würden sofort wieder da hin. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Incredible and fantastic Finca in a beautifull landscape near Campos. Perfect house, garden and pool. The owner is very nice, helpfull and kind. 200% to recomend. Thanks alot for this beautifull stay.
