We had an excellent 2-week stay. The property is extremely well appointed, clean and spacious and the pool is suitably large given the size of the villa. While the property is located out of town, Es Llombards is a short drive away. We would recommend this property to others.

Wonderful finca next to Ses Salines

Great place to relax with your family. Large pool, fully equipped outdoor and indoor kitchen. Communication with the owner and check in was super friendly. Only thing to improve, nicer sun beds at the pool area.

Villa is lovely, with massive pool and lots of privacy. Great BBQ area and plenty of outdoor shade options and pool towels. Main bedroom and bathroom was much better than expected. Host kind and communicative. Property was very clean. A couple of drawbacks: You would definitely need a car with this property. Unfortunately the boom gate to the private road number code was a bit tricky and even impossible for some guests and taxis. Ordering a taxi or uber to the property is almost impossible. I would've expected some shower gel and additional toilet rolls. Issues with the aircon in the guest rooms, but the host did advise ahead and provide portable air con units. Overall happy with the stay!

wonderful house!!!

we spent here 1 week in August . We were 4 family, 8 adults and 4 children . The house has everything you can desire. Every rooms is comfortable but the main room is a dream. you can find all the tools in the kitchen that you desire. The swimming pool and the out side area is perfect to have dinners. Thorsten is the guy who supported us during these days and he is very nice and professional. The house is in a very quite area. In the dark it was not so easy to reach , it took us a couple of days to find it easily but the place is really the paradise.

Idyllic Retreat in an Immaculate Villa

Casa Motomi was quite spectacular. The pictures on the VRBO site do not do it justice. The pool and outdoor living areas were perfect for lazy days in the sun/shade with 2 outdoor and one indoor dining areas seating 10+ people. Gas BBQ, Plancha Grill, and other toys available which were perfect for outdoor cooking. The pool was a good size for a few quick lengths, to coll off while reading a book, or for the children to lark about well into the evening. The master bedroom was complete with four poster bed, wooden tub and double shower ensuite, and a large south facing balcony, all with views of the surrounding country side. The local village of Es Llombards, a 3-5 minute drive, had some good restaurants, and within a further 10 minutes you would find yourself in Santanyi or Ses Sallines with more variety. Local “Calas” with crystal clear waters were all accessible within an easy 15-30 minutes’ drive. We could not have asked for a better Villa. The support and recommendations from the local property manager Thorsten were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this property for a family or two, or a large group of friends. A great retreat!

Eine ganz zauberhafte Finca. Sehr idyllisch, ruhig.

Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank für alles. Viele Grüße aus Heidelberg. Familie Pape und Freymüller
